The food is great most of the time ; guess it depends on who is working. Tonight I had a horrible experience with Erica who is suppose to be the manager. I came back to be reimbursed for my prior meal and she gave nothing but attitude to me the whole time. Very very disrespectful and rude. I myself worked in resturaunts for 10 years now , I know the proper way to talk to somebody and she very much so needs training. Ordered 1 in half pounds of wings (15 wings) we chose 3 sauces. I was over charged and charged for all sauces that I received not knowing they had a deal for 15 wings with free sauce, it was brought to my attention that it’s my responsibility to know about the specials they have going on when I’m reality if they have a special it is the employees job to sell that special. I wasn’t told each sauce would be a charge, ( which should be told when ordering). While I was there there was couples dining one of the tables asked for ketchup which whom Erica had them grab from a different table eating , they also asked for plates and she responded to them can you come grab them which I thought was very rude while their food was sitting so I offered to bring the plates to them so they can enjoy a night out to eat she responded no they can get them. After not wanting to deal with her yelling at me and being disrespectful I had asked when the owner would be in so I could speak to him, she responded “I have stuff I have to do i don’t have time for this” I said all I had asked is when the owner works. Very very disappointed in this place , never have a problem but to be disrespected especially by somebody who is suppose to be the manager is utterly unproffecial. Read moreLove the food most of the time, and I have been a customer for the last ten years, but every single time I have ordered delivery in the last few months it is late and they don’t send the driver UNTIL I call the store to check on my order. And the person that answered the phone could ‘not be bothered and said “ you're the order waiting for a delivery it’s on its way”. You didn’t even ask what order number it was or the name on the order. If you are so slow that you have one delivery going out at a time, it definitely shouldn’t take over an hour and a half to deliver food that was supposed to be delivered in 45 minutes. I have been on hold without talking to anyone for over ten minutes and counting. Yeah you just lost a long time customer.
Update: After waiting on hold for over 10 minutes, I had to hang up and call back to get them to pick up their phone just to find out after a lengthy convo between the delivery driver and the manager (I could hear everything btw) they delivered my food to the wrong house. The delivery driver lied to the manager about the other address being a corner house it’s not. Could also hear that over the phone…
Would like it noted that the manager I spoke with was very apologetic. And the person that did deliver was super friendly which is the only reason I changed this from a one star.

Read moreI used the online ordering which is very nice and easy to use. After I sent my order I received an email right away confirming my order and giving me a delivery eta of ONE HOUR!! As the restaurant is less than 10 minutes away I thought this was a little excessive. After an HOUR AND A HALF I called the restaurant and was told the driver had left about "11 minutes ago" and that my order had come through while they were changing the fryer and the delayed the prep. At this point I would like to mention that I ordered a pizza and the brownies. These things are baked...what does the fryer have to do with it?!? The driver finally arrived about 10 minutes after I got off the phone. Now, after waiting almost 2 hours, I would have to say that I was not impressed with the pizza. There wasn't anything wrong with the pizza but I didn't care for the taste of the sauce. Last but not least, my brownies were burnt on the edges.
Follow up: I would like to thank Frank, the owner of this restaurant, for calling me to appologize for the issues I faced. I look forward to trying again. Hopefully everything works out much smoother.
Follow up 2: So glad we gave them a second chance! This time we ordered the Bacon Cheeseburger with fries and Chicken Tenders with Chili Cheese fries. Only one thing to say...YUM! And thank you Frank for recommending the Carrot Cake for dessert. You have definitely won back...
