I am absolutely so disappointed with Tropical Smoothie on 24th street in Port Huron, Michigan. They have lost my business. The last two times I went there, they always seem so rushed and these past two times, they also got my order wrong. Today, in particular, I was treated with such disrespect. I ordered one of my favorite smoothies, and when I pulled up to the window, the employee named Aubrey mumbled something that I quite couldn’t hear. She took my card and next thing I know she’s handing me a gift card and she shuts the window and walks away from it. I was absolutely confused because I didn’t order a gift card, I ordered a smoothie. Shortly after, she comes back to the window and I politely say “Hi, I didn’t order a gift card. I ordered a dragonfruit smoothie.” And she snatches back my card and she slams the window of the drive-thru and she practically yells at the other employee working and says “how do you do a refund!?” About a few minutes later, she opens the window and hands me four receipts and my card and my smoothie. She never once said “I’m sorry for the inconvenience”, or anything. She was very unprofessional and very rude. I have never been treated with such disrespect. Her body language was absolutely awful. They offer more health conscious options than your standard fast food joint so the price reflects that. And the smoothies are something you can't get anywhere else +(edit 10 months later)nothing taste wise has gone down... I still love their chicken Quesadillas. my problem is a few months ago, i went and ordered, again looking on the wall menu prices, got the bill and saw they charged an extra buck on each order, I asked why, they said prices went up and I'd need to call a manager the next day why the prices didn't match the in store menu...I didn't bother calling and figured they were just updateing the boards. A few months later I went back, same old price on the menu, same upcharge on the receipt, I ask again, the woman at the counter says she doesn't know why it's different, says she would need to ask a manager and walks away. I figured it was to talk to someone. But she went and just started on the next order. Got completely ignored. If you wanna raise your price,that's fine... But change the in store menu. Update: Went a second time. This time we went an hour before closing and the lobby area was closed. Weird. So we went through the drive through. Made the same order as last time and they still got the one smoothie order wrong. They had to make a new one. Not sure what the problem with ordering a Chia Banana Boost is, but peanut butter is optional and every time we say strawberry they try to give us peanut butter instead.
Update 2: I left you feedback but your website doesn't even have this location to pick for where we visited. lol So I hope they actually read my feedback instead of just dinging the Richmond store as I had...
