Jersey Mike's Subs — Restaurant in Port Huron

AVOID THIS Jersey Mike's at ALL COSTS! (Worst Restaurant Experience EVER) Body: Let me preface this by saying this was my FIRST time trying Jersey Mike's in the US, and it was hands down the WORST restaurant experience I've ever had. We went to the [Insert Location Here] location, and it was a complete disaster from start to finish. We placed our order, and they only made HALF of it. Okay, mistakes happen, right? But then we waited 15 minutes for ONE more sandwich. After another 25 minutes of waiting (seriously!), I finally went up and asked for a refund for the rest of our order. Turns out they completely FORGOT two of our subs. No apology, just a "we forgot" as if that's supposed to make it okay. And the kicker? The place wasn't even busy! How do you mess up this badly when it's not crowded? Oh, and to top it all off, the restaurant was filthy. Garbage cans overflowing, tables dirty... it was just gross. Seriously, stay far, far away from this Jersey Mike's. I've never been so disappointed in a restaurant. It's put me off Jersey Mike's completely. I order for my husband on my phone app several times and he has had several of his orders that have been wrong. They don’t pay attention to to the part that it is for customizing the order. Today I ordered him the giant Italian sub without onions, lettuce and not mikes way. mustard and mayonnaise on the side. Along with the sub I also ordered chips and a brownie. Today he didn’t get his chips or brownie. Last week he had onions on it and wasn’t supposed to he had to leave work and go take it back to have it fixed. He got back to work and it was still wrong. . They need to pay more attention to the customized part of the order. Some people may have allergies to certain foods and this could be detrimental ...

I did not get the order I received. I ordered the Jumbo Big Kahuna with extra cheese light onions, extra lettuce, no onion or peppers. I got a regular size sub. Minimal lettuce, No onions, definitely no extra cheese. I did get my two bags of Miss Vicki's chips but not my two brownies. Not sure if mine was given away with the online orders on accident. The bread was not ready and was told to wait in my car and it would be ready in 20 minutes. I'm highly disappointed I did not get what I ordered. I was also not provided a receipt.
