Extremely Dissatisfied with the Unprofessionalism at Crosby Street Ventures Wendy’s.
Dear Management of Crosby Street Ventures Wendy’s
I am writing this letter to express my deep disappointment and anger regarding the appalling experience I had at your establishment. I have never encountered such a level of disrespect and unprofessionalism in a restaurant before. The behavior of one particular employee, who had long hair and a baby face, was especially concerning and should not be tolerated in any workplace.
To begin with, it took an astonishing 15 minutes for my simple order of a burger, chili, and fries to be prepared. During this time, I observed the employee in question engaging in idle conversation and fooling around with their colleagues in the back. It was evident that they had little regard for the customers and were more interested in their personal conversations than providing efficient service.
To my dismay, I later discovered that this employee and their colleagues were not only wasting time but also speaking ill of me behind my back. It is absolutely unacceptable for employees to engage in such unprofessional behavior, let alone openly gossip about a customer. This level of disrespect and disregard for customer satisfaction is truly disheartening.
I am appalled by the lack of professionalism displayed by your employees at Crosby Street Ventures. It is evident that they have little respect for their job, let alone the customers they are meant to serve. This is a clear reflection of the management's failure to instill a culture of professionalism and customer-centric service within your establishment.
I strongly believe that Crosby Street Ventures should be ashamed of the behavior exhibited by your employees. It is clear that many of them are unhappy in their roles, and this negativity is being directed towards the customers. Such an environment not only tarnishes your reputation but also creates an unwelcoming atmosphere for patrons.
I demand that immediate action be taken to rectify this situation. It is imperative that you address the unprofessional behavior of your employees and implement measures to ensure that such incidents do not occur again in the future. Customers deserve to be treated with respect and professionalism, regardless of the simplicity of their orders.
In conclusion, I am utterly disgusted by the experience I had at Crosby Street Ventures. The unprofessionalism, disrespect, and inefficiency displayed by your employees have left me deeply dissatisfied. I strongly urge you to take this complaint seriously and address the issues at hand. Read moreI ordered through the mobile app. When i went to pick up my order, the girl in the window only gave us one bag. Then realized we had a second bag. When got home, my baked chili potato was a regular bacon potato, my fries were cold, my both frosty were wrong and there were only 8 nuggets when i ordered 10. When i called up, the manager took down my information, but did so incorrectly. When i went to go pick up my replacement order, He wrote down a vanilla instead of chocolate, and when i went to ask if that could be corrected, he told me no . They were out of the misfortune sundae, so i got a brownie instead. And when i noticed he had written down the plain vanilla instead of the misfortune, and tried to correct him, he said it had to be what was in the book. When i had gone up to the counter to ask to speak to him, his whole attitude was not welcoming at all. When i politely said i needed to speak to him, and that i had a remake, he scoffed and rolled his eyes after glancing at his watch and trudged to the back to get "the book" which wasnt even a proper customer satisfaction binder btw. It was a plain notebook that had been hastily scrawled in. The potato was correct this time, but he said " ill give you a plain chocolatethis time, but not again" . I have been a customer service assistant manager, so i know the limits of what could and should done if a guest is unhappy with their experience. Read moreTo start we had waited over an hour to receive our food. Even while people who had ordered after us were receiving their food, we decide to be patient. We stood at the counter for the majority of our time. No one had checked up on us. After a while I decided to speak up to the manager on duty Perry. I had asked him if our food would be ready anytime soon. I was greeted with the response of "I didn't even know you had an order". That doesn't make sense to me because why would a customer be standing at the counter for over an hour if they didn't have an order that they were coming to pick up, nonetheless, he had attempted to remedy the situation by telling his associates to get the order out pronto. While he gave them the order for our sandwiches he neglected to acknowledge the rest of our order. We had to ask to get it corrected 3 separate times each of which we were treated as if the entire thing was our mistake. This entire situation felt as if it could've been avoided. If I were a leader at this location I would reassess my management team, on several different occasions I heard Perry mentioning how all of the things they were going wrong were not his responsibility.
