Prepare to be Disappointed!!!!! Was going to this restaurant about once a week (for many years) to get food for me and coworkers, but past 6 months the food and service have been getting worse and worse. Had worst experience at this Wendys today and won't be going back. Went thru drive-thru, ordered new Strawberry Mango salad, with strawberry passionfruit drink. This was apparently MIND BOGGLING. They asked me to repeat the drink THREE times thru speaker, then repeated back the correct order. Got up to the window, they asked me AGAIN what drink I ordered and I told them. They went back to make it, then came to window 30 seconds later and AGAIN asked me what drink. Said very slowly this time, and she said she got it. After another 30 seconds, asked me to pull forward and park by door and they'd bring it right out. 6 minutes later, (and with multiple people yelling at me for partially blocking door/driveway) STILL no drink. Went inside and asked cashier for an empty cup so I could just make a drink at pop machine. They then said "Oh, are you the one waiting" and handed me a drink NOT WHAT I ORDERED. Did not want to wait another 6 minutes so took it and left. Salad was TERRIBLE. Thin layer of green spring mix on top, underneath was the inedible Yellow and White center of iceberg lettuce. So about 80% of "lettuce" was not edible. My coworkers have had the same experience with salads there lately. Tried to go do comment on Wendy's website, but would not allow me because this restaurant NO LONGER GIVES RECIEPTS so you don't have store number, time, etc and site won't let you enter comment otherwise. Read moreTwo orders were placed 10/15 shortly after 11:15 p.m. The first order wasn't taken correctly because the cashier was rushing instead of listening. When we asked for the manager and tried to tell him what the issue was he didn't even listen. First he said it was because he is new and when I offered the advice that he should slow down and listen he said they were on a strict timer and can't!! What??? I worked fast food for ten years and was an assistant manager for two. Nothing about how this was handled was acceptable. The excuses we were given while the manager proceeded to tell us the amount of seconds our order was at was frustrating. The second order was cancelled. I cancelled an order for two frosty blends and two medium fries(which was for my daughter because she just had her wisdom teeth pulled!!). The order was cancelled because the customer service was terrible and there was no effort to even fix it!! Shame on you for pushing sos onto your employees to the point that they can't even provide acceptable customer service or an apology. We could have made this right but at that point I was so disgusted with the managers response and lack of effort. You guys need to reevaluate your procedures and retrain!!! I’ve had issues here before during lunch hour but at least they were apologetic and fixed the problem, aside from when they were out of Dr Pepper AGAIN so I went to Hancock instead. Tonight I was in drive thru for TWENTY FIVE minutes!! No one has time for that!! Only one car in front of me and was at least 12 mins before I got to the window to pay. I ordered two 4 for $4 meals, one with Jr bacon cheeseburger, large with Dr Pepper...the other with jr cheeseburger PLAIN ONLY CHEESE with coke, bbq and ranch requested. The large Dr Pepper was straight carbonated water which I requested be replaced from the lobby but was told it was out (AGAIN). The sandwiches were both wrong, covered in mustard which we cannot eat. He tried again only to give me a chicken sandwich!! Finally I got the sandwiches I ordered only to leave with cold fries since they took so long to figure it out. Last time I was there during lunch they were out of pop altogether (how is that possible w fast food? Just switch the tanks!!) so I went to McDonalds instead.
