Totally disappointed with the service I’ve had. The last 2 times I’ve placed an order for pick up they have messed up.
The 1st time, I called to order empanadas and tequeños. My fiancé went to pick it up. When he gets home, they forgot to add the tequeños. I called to see what happend and they apologized and told us to come back for the tequeños (guava and cheese filling). When he gets home, ready to eat, they gave him the wrong filling (just cheese). I called again to complain and the cashier told me that she couldn’t do nothing because according to her that was the filling I told her over the phone, which obviously was not what I said. I had to wait around 30-40 to talk with the manager/owner of the restaurant to get this straightened. She apologized for the misunderstanding, and how the cashier handle this issue, got us a refund for the tequeños and we moved on.
This time, I called a day ahead to order empanadas to bring to my work, I specified the flavors and THE TIME for pick up, also mentioned that my fiancé was gonna be the one to pick it up. Well, today he went to pick up the order (around 2:30-2:35 pm) just to find out they didn’t have the order ready. Before he headed there, I called earlier today, at noon, to make sure they had the right flavor, quantity and TIME. My fiancé had to wait 20-30min for them to have the order ready because they forgot.
FYI, I placed the orders in Spanish so there was no misunderstanding…
Honestly, so disappointing to see a good business just not taking care of small things like these. I usually don’t write negative reviews when I like the food at a restaurant regardless of service but messing up my order 2 times in a row is unacceptable.
I’m still waiting for the call back from the manager. I guess the lady that took the order didn’t give her the note or forgot to mention...

En la espera de las bebidas y con la garganta seca llega la muchacha (mesera) quien ciertamente se disculpó diciendo que ella era la única ahí entonces si eres la única no deberías seguir tomando órdenes sin sacar los tickets que tienes primeros. En la frustración decidimos partir del lugar, 10 minutos después la muchacha nos llama y nos dice que si podíamos regresar. Cuando así lo hacemos ella se disculpa nuevamente y me ofrece un pequeño dulce/bizcocho. En serio me haces regresar y gastar gasolina para eso? En ese momento le devuelvo la comida que me habían envuelto de muy mala gana y pido una devolución de dinero, la chica procede a llamar a su jefa y explicarle la situación y al parecer la jefa o jefe le pregunta que qué tiene de malo el segundo plato? Ella no entiende que tras que la comida se había enfriado el servicio en este punto no era el adecuado. Simplemente mal manejo de negocio y no muy buen servicio al cliente. Espero mejoren.
The truth is that the food doesn't taste bad, it is a little expensive for the amount of food they put on your plate... What is really frustrating is that they give you the food and then we have to wait 11 minutes for them to give us the drinks, in this process the food gets cold and does not have the same flavor, who wants to eat a cold plate of food?
While waiting for the drinks and with a dry throat, the girl (waitress) arrives who certainly apologized saying that she was the only one there, so if you are the only one there you should not continue taking orders without finishing the tickets that you have first. In our frustration we decided to leave the place 10 minutes later, the girl called us and asked us if we could return. When we do so she apologizes again and offers me a small sweet/cake. Are you seriously making me go back and waste gas for that? At that moment I ask for a refund I had the food in my car so I gave it back she proceeds to inspect the food with her boss on the phone… The girl explain to her boss the situation and apparently the boss asked her what was wrong with the second dish? She does not understand that the food had gone cold and the service at this point was not adequate. Simply poor business management and not very good customer service. I hope...
