Alfonso's Pizza & Pasta — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

update 2023 December. What happened? The last 5 orders I’ve done through Alfonso’s the pizza has been burnt on the bottom and a barely cooked grease cesspool at the top. Reading some of the complaints, I can see where they’re coming from because we called tonight and the person on the phone couldn’t care less . People are saying the pizza is burnt and staff is saying “next time ask for the pizza lightly cooked” 2 things. First off, if they cook the pizza any less the cheese wouldn’t be melted on top of the pizza. Secondly, no one should have to ask for a pizza to be lightly cooked in order to not receive a burnt pizza. if you have someone who actually knows how to make a pizza and has consciousness, they should have the understanding people don’t want pizza that is burnt. My family and I have been supporting your business for over 20 years at this point back when you were on Bayshore Blvd. this will probably be my last time. I hope they can turn this around and id maybe consider coming back one day but Not any time soon

Note on the pictures the picture of the bottom of the pizza is how it looked when we received it. The picture of the top is how it looked after I cooked it in my oven for 10 minutes. Still was not cooked on the top

Omg I don’t even know where to start!!!!!! I’m so furious right now. I’ve never been upset with a restaurant before let alone have I ever wrote a bad review because I honestly don’t like the bad energy but after tonight I literally felt no choice. Ordered a well done pizza mind you I have been ordering well done for over a decade. I have also ran a family pizzeria and this was not well done IT WAS COMPLETELY BLACK SHARPIE BURNT TO A CRISP. that’s not why I’m even upset. I called and asked to speak to a manager which, when hearing her voice I kind of felt like I was being played. She sounded like she could’ve been no more than 16 maybe 18 I explained to her my issue told her they could come pick the pizza up. I would even text pictures she put me on hold came back and said sorry that’s just the way our well-done pizzas come, I said no you really don’t understand you need to see this pizza it is pitch black. She then proceeded to give me a nasty attitude told me, I was out of luck and they would give me a five dollar credit but they would not refund my order. I told them I would no longer be ordering from them again and I just wanted a refund and she said oh well and hung up the phone on me. This is how you treat customers? BURNT, SALTY, COLD, DRY!!! Took over 2hrs to deliver!!! We have order from place a lot of times the past few times we’ve order the quality as well as delivery time declined greatly! We order our pizza at 4:30pm today and it took over 2 1/2 hours get our order. After 2hrs I called to check in see where the order was only for them to say it just left them. The food was delivered 30mins after that only to get the wrong pizza. I called to let them know, they instructed me to give the pizza back to the delivery driver. I informed them that we had open the pizza and it touched it without realizing it was ours we didn’t eat. The driver was still in the area and had our pizza with him all along. I asked the driver why did it take so long he was adamant that our food was hot he told me to feel the boxes. I had him feel it and he confirmed it was cold while he did apologies he said it was only delivered what was given to him. Calling the restaurant back to only be out on hold and then told this was their peek time as an excuse for late and cold food!! The pizza it self was BURNT, HARD, DRY, & SALTY Never again will we...
