Dunkin' — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

I go to this Dunkin a couple times a day and work very close by . Manager comes and goes as she pleases . Today she left the store and left a regular worker there with a new trainee during a rush . Early this morning she let an employee go home , the employee always looks like she’s under the influence of something with visible track marks on her arms . Makes me not want to order here . The particular employee, I believe her name is Maryanne is constantly outside several times a day . The manager took a day off on Friday , left early on Monday, and took Tuesday off . Then the manager leaves the poor worker alone today with a new trainee for about 20 minutes or so . You can’t leave and take days off when you feel like it as a manager ,let alone leave one worker in the store with a trainee who’s just learning. You can’t allow your employee to go outside several times a day . Dunkin managers are paid on salary and this manager just comes and goes and takes time off when she feels like it . She still gets paid regardless. I wish I had a job like this ! Letting your employee sit outside several times a day when they should be on the floor is a waste of company money and a manager who leaves the store and takes time off when she feels like it is a waste of company money. I’ve been to this Dunkin’ Donuts 4 times the first time i ordered a chocolate sprinkled donut and 3 snackin bacons the donut didn’t have sprinkles and bacon was alittle burned…. I said maybe she didn’t hear me… went back ordered the same thing donut was right bacon burned… it’s a Christian place so I thought it was an honest mistake…. 3rd time same thing…. Today i ordered the same thing again i said please don’t burn the bacon…. Today i received my donut and 2 snackin bacons… a younger girl took my Order and prepared it she did not wash he hands after taking my order… she did wear gloves…. I like the place but i wont be returning unfortunately… please check order before leaving to make sure...

This place sucks at online orders. Every time I place an online order they always gives a different excuse not to do the order and make you order a new one or go inside. So why have a drive thru if they don’t...
