I normally always visit this location , my mom was visiting me and both her and my sister wanted some Dunkin' Donuts and everyone I visit this location then always prepare my food the right way , drinks are what's fresh and always made proper. I came in to your store around 7 and didn't notice anyone at the counter then young man from subways walks over and yells to the employee you have a costumer , she walks over to the counter and we're deciding what to get because there's not much options she stares at us and says I have work to do are you ready I stared and her and said please give us a minute so she walks away for like 5 min and comes back so I proceed to order a coffee coolatta which are my absolute favorite & my sister orders a blueberry coolatta so she brings me my coolatta and I get my straw and try it , it tasted super bitter and just didn't have a pleasant taste so I asked her if she could remake it because it had a really bad taste to it she says well the machine has all that old coffe there so if I remake it it's not gonna make a difference she tells me that no one complained about it only me so I took offense to that she tells me we'll do you want something else I tell her yes please 2 small mocha iced coffees extra milk , light sugar please so she proceeds to make my coffee & she says are you ready to pay I'm like yes can I please know my total she says no I don't know this register in the front is closed I have the one in drive thru open I say okay I hand her my card , she comes to tell me that she swiped my card twice because she forgot to charge me so I was already annoyed at that's point she hands me my receipt and I sit down in the seating area I put my straw in my drink my mom does the same and the iced coffees taste even worked it seemed like she loaded it with sugar super dark lack of milk it was disgusting my sisters coolatta was sour so I'm super upset at this point seems like she can't get anything right. I walk back to the counter she's once again in the back so the young man from subway yells to her you have costumers she's comes up and says what now? I tell her these iced coffee have a really bad taste can you make them over or please refund me my money at this point I'm not happy , her response to me was I can't keep making you coffees so I'm not gonna make them again & I can't give you a refund I'm not a manager I told her I understand about my refund but I'm not gonna drink this it tastes biter she tells me that ice coffe sits there for 3-4 days without having a bad tastes and that I walked away and sat down with my stuff and that I returned I asked her if she's insinuating that I did something to my coffee she says well you walked away at this point my moms upset and says hey it's nasty we're not drinking it so my mom walks outside she tells me your mom doesn't have to be rude I just work here there's nothing I can do I told her I understand that but her attitude was just very rude and unpleasant she's also super dirty and not representable I worked fast food and costumers are always right. It was very disappointing cause I love Dunkin' Donuts and always eat here and for her to have such a nasty attitude was just ridiculous! Read moreZero star rating. Here's a thought: STOP HIRING TEENAGERS. Every time you go inside to place an order, you wait 5-10 minutes for an employee to come to the counter. Every time you go through the drive thru, you wait 15-30 minutes even though it's not busy only to receive an incorrect order. None of them have any manners nor know how to do their job. A cup of water can be made wrong. How many times a day do they have customers return to get a drink remade? 24/7. How many tries does it take to make an order correctly? The world may never know. Iced or hot drinks are constantly incorrect. Food items are always stale or cold. Would you like a receipt? Not here. They never hand out your reciept. Also, do not interrupt the customer while they place their order. Wait until we're done speaking because hearing "Is that all?" after each uncompleted sentence gets annoying. Every employee is as slow as a snail with the attitude of the Grinch. Clearly, they want $15 an hour to stand around and chat. Sorry, but you must work hard to earn your money. Do better. The job is not even hard. I would know because I worked at a location in the area. Listen to the specifications of the order and follow through. IT'S THAT SIMPLE. Read moreUpon arriving at the drive thru located at the shell station on Gatlin Blvd Port St Lucie Florida PC 337625 this evening 4/14 at 7:15 pm I noticed a young female employee standing outside conversing with a group of young teens for several minutes who where blocking the drive thru sitting in the roof of there car, doors open and loud just hanging out. I placed my order and went to the window where the young man inside said free of charge and the young lady walked back in the store to the window and stated we are trying to get my friends to move. I told them I will call the cops and have them move she stated no my dad is a cop and he is coming. "A lie come to find out" several minutes later her friends decided to move so we could exit the drive thru at which point I asked the young girl for a receipt and she stated She did not have one to give me because she didn't want to give out the store information. I asked her to charge me for the tea and coffee I purchase and then she can provide me a recipes. She again said no it's free. I asked it this location was a corporate or franchise and again she stated she didnt no but that I could look the information up on the internet. I don't think this is how business should be conducted. Giving out free product in hopes you won't get in trouble for hanging outside causing trouble when you are supposed to be working.
