Dunkin' — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

My family and I drink DD multiple times a day. This is by far the worst service I have ever experience. The staff is friendly but you don't need to be a college grad to make a coffee. When I originally started going there the coffee would either taste sour or they would add what ever sweetener that was easier to reach. So I decided to get my coffee black and add them myself. Nope, didn't work... they still added everything and gave the cream and sweetener on the side. Not once but multiple x's, even after repeating the order and telling them not to. If you get something for more then 2 people you will definitely be missing something. Had that happen on multiple occasions. Being that I live literally .2 miles away I keep saying there is no possible way they can screw up again .... THEY DO! Apparently this is the norm. Talking to multiple people in my development they seem to have the same problem. It is disheartening that I will now have to drive eight to 10 miles to go get a coffee and a breakfast sandwich to make sure my food and coffee is right. I never complain when it comes to service being that I understand it happens. But time after time is just...

Slowest Dunkins in the Treasure Coast. Avoid the drive thru because once you are in it you will sit in it for 20 plus minutes. Today (12/1/17) the drive thru was 9 cars deep so I went inside. 5 people standing in line and 3 people waiting on their orders. The young woman taking orders for some reason was not able to retain in her memory what you ordered so you had to repeat yourself 4 times. They were out of medium cups so I had no choice but to get a large coffee. I asked if I was going to be charged for a medium and was told "No, sorry". I asked if they could just fill the cup til it was half an inch short of top because that would make it a medium I was again told "No, sorry". At this point I hear several customers waiting for their orders ask why it was taking so long. One employee said he was brewing new pots of coffee. How the hell do you let all your regular posts of coffee empty out before starting to brew more is beyond me. Anyway, this guy brings over 4 cups of coffee and people are grabbing their cups and running out the door. Some of the staff is friendly but so, so, so slow!! How does a Dunkins run out of medium...

So I was at this location, I bought two dozen doughnuts and a sweet tea. Easy order and was greeted perfectly by Caroline. She was working the front counter. The bill came to approximately $33.77. I handed her a fifty. Simple, the manager said absolutely not as they would not have enough change for the day. Lol Hello, if I bought a doughnut and a coffee and handed you a twenty, would i be turned away as well? So the staff was amazing, they manager was rude. I paid with a card and patiently waited for my sweet tea. The manager then walks over and places the sweet tea on the counter. Enough where I had to over reach to get it. No thank you, or have a good day. These doughnuts were for the staff at a nearby community. So I decided to say nothing but it bothered me. So if this is the manager that represents the face of the company. Maybe she should learn some customer service skills, or at least fake being nice. Still love this location but might travel a little more distance to have...
