Ice Cream Paleteria Calderon — Restaurant in Port Saint Lucie

If i could add no stars I would, I went over there excited to eat some yummy treats but went there ending with the owner of paleteria calderon being SUPER disrespectful to not just me but my sister getting upset that I was “complaining.” All the pamphlets she has are prices from three years ago which is what she told me. I found this weird because why would you not have the current prices out for ALL the CUSTOMERS to see? To continue the actual prices were written on a piece of paper (attachment added) which none of the public can see and is no where on display. For the past three years customers have unknowingly been paying for prices that are false. This is violating consumer protection laws, like the federal trade commission act. I told her why would you have a bunch of pamphlets with prices from three years ago for CUSTOMERS to think they are paying that. She said “ I meant to do that a while ago” so why does it take you 3 years to change the prices that are shown to CUSTOMERS? She gets mad me because i’m trying to explain that she should be honoring the prices shown and not just what shes adding up. A friend let me know that she’s had the same problem with her and last time she went was awhile ago due to terrible customer service. Oh my goodness, this ice cream is absolutely the best we’ve ever had! Trust me, we’ve tried almost every ice cream place around here. It’s our absolute favorite spot to treat ourselves, and the best part is that they use only natural ingredients, no artificial stuff with tons of sugar.
