Where to begin…. IF YOU WANT THE COPS CALLED OVER RETURNING A SO CALLED “Ceviche” go here. As well as a so-called “manager” come out to your personal car and try to almost hit you and get in your face then PLEASE come here and see the “manager” Nael or what ever this piece of low quality unqualified person to be running a business is named.

Here it’s where we start…

We get there at 8:16PM and there is no line whatsoever. We order our regular cravings that we’ve enjoyed in the Boca Raton and west palm beach location. After about 15 minutes we ask what is the update? I mean this is called a “fast food” restaurant for a reason right? All we order was a hotdog and burger. Shouldn’t take long but no this place takes forever. After asking the EXTREMELY rude staff about what’s taking so long they start to get extremely rude.

The say that all we want is free food which is unbelievable from a business to ask a customer even when they gave them tips. After nearly 30 minutes waiting they finally bring out the cold and small food. What a shame. The so called manager starts to get into our face even my mothers face over me returning a salsa with 4 shrimps that is called “ceviche” .

They asked me where I’m from as if it matter for a return. I felt discriminated after this. We start to record the encounter and this Low quality human being called manager says that we are threatening him since we are putting a bad review of it online. WHO DOES THIS? He needs a class on how to deal with situations like this. PUTs the Return on a different card.

As we are walking out and he’s arguing with us. Once I reach my car in the parking lot, and comes full spring towards me and gets in my face.

First experience and ate in for dinner. Upon walking in, you order at the cash register, and they provide you with table #, and you select a table of your choice. They come deliver your meal at table. Two of us ordered the carne asada plate, which I must say the meat had flavor and came with chimichurri sauce that tasted delicious on both the steak and the tostones. The steak was accompanied by 1 side, and we both chose the tostones. I was surprised that they did not offer rice and beans as a side. The dish was served on a wooden board. There were 3 huge tostones provided. Tostones lacked salt, but apparently, there were salt packets near the trash, which I didn't realize. The price was reasonable, but I feel the dish should come with 2 sides. It seemed lacking with only tostones on the plate. We also chose the chicken empanadas as an appetizer. The empanadas are mini cocktail size, but they do pack flavor. When leaving, we opted to take home a dessert choosing the tres leches, which had good taste, but for $6, I would have done without if we had seen the size of cup beforehand. Maybe if a next time we will try their famous burger 🍔 which seemed popular in orders. The inside dining is small but vibing, and the latin music in the background...

This is the best place to get a unique and delicious "Gordo Burger". It is amazing. You can choose 2 or 3 meats. I just got the 2 meat gordo burger with hamburger and shredded beef. (The other meat is chicken)This satisfying creation has pink sauce(mayo and ketchup), garlic mayo, mustard, pineapple sauce, tomato, crushed potato chips and mozzerella cheese. You will not go home hungry! You can get a single burger or chicken sandwich, or try some arepa, tostones, French fries, fried yucca. They have hotdogs with am array of toppings, churrasco steak, Carnegie asada, pechugo asada(chicken), chorizo, chuletazo(pork), chicarones...there are lots of things I haven't tried yet. They also have flan, tiramisu, churro, tres leches and severa otherl desserts including fruit pops and gelato in a cooler. There are various coffees, latte, and espresso. They also have lots of fruit juices, sodas and malta as well as Gatorade. Lithe dining room is very casual and you order from the counter, but they give you a number for your table and they serve you the food. The Gordo burger is around $11-12. Well worth it! I highly recommend this location Port Saint Lucie, and the ones in West Palm Beach and Royal Palm Beach. This place needs to be on your...
