We got a recommendation from our hotel for these guys and a menu which states they close at 9. Fine great. So I call and ask for a delivery to which the order taker replies "delivery cut off is at 8:30" I said "well it's still 8:29" (I had called at 8:20 and couldn't get through.) I'm snapped at with "my computer says it's 8:30" cool. I'll never try to order from you again. You lost a potential customer and frankly you're just quite rude. If you have a delivery cut off time state it on your delivery menu. Common sense. Ridiculous. I posted this on Facebook and was told they have never had a problem with their delivery "policy" since they opened 3 years ago and they were sorry for the inconvenience. It wasn't the "inconvenience" it's the way it was conveyed and the fact that the delivery menu doesn't state the delivery cut off, also by everyone else's clock (i.e. standard cellphones) it wasn't yet the cut off time. I was a waitress for years and even if customers walked in a minute before closing we STILL served them. We didn't tell them they were wrong. I feel like if they knew anything about business they would know that the customer is always right and you don't argue with a customer. One serves them with a smile as they are giving you THEIR money. If Tavola's actually cared more about their customers than they did their "policy" their driver would have gotten a great tip AND they would have gotten an awesome recommendation but hey, I now know to take my...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreHighly disappointed, Iāve recently been buying from here regularly. The atmosphere was nice and refreshing and the food fresh and delicious. However, Iām currently in the hospital and had to go all day without eating due to a surgery. After surgery the only thing on my mind was Tavola! I went out of the norm And ordered something different than usual from there. By the time it arrived my breadsticks were cold hard and no flavor! I tried to eat them because I donāt like to complain but they were beyond inedible. I had to call and complain, the manager got on the phone completely unprofessional basically offended that I would complain about the food. He offered to send out new ones, but I had ordered wings as well that were I wouldnāt say 10/10 but they were edible so instead I asked for my money back he then proceeded to huff and puff about refunding me a whole ā$8ā. We went back and forth with him eventually saying heād refund me, I have yet to see a refund and did not receive an apology instead I got hung up on while still talking. Moral of the story if you want to try something new, better make sure you like it and eat it because you donāt want to get anyone butt hurt over some sloppy 8 dollar breadsticks š¤¢. No complaints on the delivery driver he was more than polite. If you want to take on a manager position at least be professional instead of...
Ā Ā Ā Read moreOk. So, though I like to think of myself as a decently patient person, I was not feeling very patient tonight. I arrived at the estimated wait time. I was SO HUNGRY. I was about to chew my arm off. (We are moving into a new house, we didnāt stop to eat today and I decided pizza was the only route.) I was told after 5 minutes that there was an unfortunate accident getting one of my pizzas out of the oven and the owner was very apologetic in informing me that I would have to wait an extra 7 or so minutes for the pizza. Inside I was devastated. I held it together and didnāt cry in front of strangers. Let me just say, I am so glad I waited. That was the BEST DAMN PIZZA Iāve had in as long as I can remember⦠the crust was perfect, not too crunchy not too doughy, just chewy enough. Everything about the pizzas were perfect. Each exhausted member of my large family was so grateful for these pizzas. In conclusion, I would gladly wait again!!!! To the man who had to deliver the news, you were so nice, and Iām sorry I was grouchy - it wasnāt you- it was me. Thank you Tavola pizza for...
