Doesn't the management Care about the businesses run here I don't know if this is a franchise location or a corporate but don't they care of how they run their business. Every time I come here I place an order a simple order like a number two the sausage and egg McMuffin or the medium high coffee with five cream and four equals and when they get my order they all give me a cold coffee with the equal and cream on the side and there's no hash brown in the bag. They have over a thousand reviews for the 3.3 rating doesn't that mean anything to anybody doesn't that mean that someone should step up to the plate and try to make things better or do some extra training Don't they need the business or do they want to keep on turning people away I can't imagine how many thousands and thousands they lost from people that are disgusting with their service it must think hey we make enough money who cares they don't want to come back they can go somewhere else. I own a pretty decent size business in Port St Lucie over 22 years I have 500 Google review but a 4.9 radio because five of them are fake but I care about my business and I care about my customers why can't they do the same I just can't grasp it. Read more2/14 around 5:30pm we came here to grab dinner quickly for all three of my girls as we had to be somewhere at a certain time. We don't normally ever come to this McDonald's. We sat in the drive-thru for what seems to be 15 minutes not moving AFTER we ordered so I was assuming they were making fresh fries or behind on somebody's order that was in ahead of me. I suggested to my kids we go to Subway because we were on a time crunch and they really wanted those Happy meals and those chicken nuggets and cheeseburgers. We finally get to pay and get our food and go and my two 6-year-olds are starting on their fries in the back seat. As we're almost to our destination they pull out their chicken nuggets and cheeseburger and the one with the chicken nuggets didn't get any chicken nuggets. Her box was actually full of tartar sauce! Not a container of tartar sauce, it was just everywhere, OPEN in the box! I feel like an employee just got done snacking, closed it and sat it on the counter and gave us the wrong box. Either way I'm disgusted and I would be okay as long as somebody would answer the phone and let me tell them what happened. But here I am taking it to social media because nobody can answer. It stunk up the car, my baby was disgusted and very upset, luckily I ordered a two cheeseburger meal and was able to give her one. Read moreIf I had my way they would get a negative five. So let's count this one star for the appearance of the store. Bad customer service, bad management, and bad food product. Not a fast food restaurant took almost 20 minutes from the time of entering the store until I received my food. A customer in front of me could not get the app to work properly and have the register read it; so they could get there free Happy meal. Two people as well as management tried to correct and then walked away. Guest walked out. I then waited 2 minutes before someone came to take my order. Got my food look like they ladled the mac sauce on and bottom of the bag on the corner was filled with grease. Management in this store needs to be retrained and owner needs to own up to the mistakes and correct. Possibly be retrained and running a restaurant.
