Most of the time the customer service is nice, however when it comes to their loyalty program they dont want to give away a "free food". The way the orders are taken and loyalty program handled could be much better. Sometimes the stuff that takes the order over the phone don't know their own menu. However, what is really disappointing is that the owner thinks she can be screeming and interrupting the customer and just get away with it. You are the owner, but I am the customer. If you come to me as to an owner you will want to be treated nicely. The food is great most of the time: good to better- depends who is cooking that day.
REPLY: So how long did you guys work on this novel? LOL. I am SHOCKED by your unpolitness, disrespect and the reply here that is obviously MADE UP. Too bad there was no customers around and I didnt record it. But after reading your replies to a constructive critisism you shouldnt expect anything different any way. Cause the same person being rude more than once and not taking any critisism at all. The most ridiculous thing about it that all it is because the owner is unprofessional, which I was okay to let go and move on, except the " the owner" got offended about me asking to remove my loyalty account from their system, which my they had my debit card on file ( I prefer not to save my cards anywhere). After reading reviews, including my experience, looks like anything that being asked to change to acomadate the customer needs is being taking personally, very immature and twisted around. Watch out people!
I never have been rude to your stuff including TODAY in fact always handeled with patience the unprofesionalism that your stuff is taking orders with. Only one member there that actualy knows what she is doing. So train your stuff better. Nothing set me up today, I politly asked to remove my loalty account, which you obviously couldn't handle professionaly. And obviously ownwers can't handle anything that is not "their" way. This is not the first time you don't care about the customer. Visiting your place obviously can tell that you one of the owners giving respect and politness only to customers with "deep" pockets. The rest of she doesn't care about. I came back only 1. For my friend.2. I thought you guys will " make up" your rudness, but instead you were even more rude exusing me of the stuff that never happened. 3. As soon as I came back I regreted it and decided never come back anyway. Thats was your last chance. I have NEVER said your food is bad. If you can read better, but I guess you guys were so busy with making up the reply novel that you missed that part. Lol. You CAN NOT bend some one who ARE NOT WILLING ever come back to your trash service anyway. So looks like there is two owners lol. Cause one looks like the "owner" and the other one looks like a girl from the corner of the street that had an opportunity to move up, forgetting to actualy learn the manners and moral behaviour. CONCLUSION PEOPLE: if you come to a place for food- it is 8 out of 10 is good. If you come for the service dont get too cozy there. Acpecialy if you dont look like one of those customers that ve got a deep pockets. And the last if you would want to share your review ( either online or in person) dont expect the right responce: no one will take it right here, cause obviously every attempt looks like "you shut your mouth and I am always right". The owners are having a power strugle and very immature behaviour that can ended up in lies and accusations. Good luck and be wise were you eat!
P.S. Any replies is treated as you replying it TO yourself. And be advised, that you dont need to "dignify" anybody here lol. This page is for people to know what to expect from your place and what they...
Read moreThis small Greek diner uses fresh ingredients and does not skimp on flavor! My husband and I stopped in near closing (about 40 minutes prior) on a Monday evening after diving near West Palm. The server greeted us immediately and told us we could choose a table. She answered questions knowledgeably and enthusiastically. We both ordered the gyro combo (gyro on pita with either fries or small Greek salad). We chose the salad. The service was very fast - we had our food in minutes. The salad contained an abundance of tomatoes, red onion (cut small - not overpowering), cucumbers, Kalamata olives (pitted), and a generous amount of feta cheese. The dressing tasted house made! I only had to use about 1/3 of my little cup on the salad - it was plenty. The gyro was large and meaty on a buttery grilled pita, with a small amount of lettuce and onion and a generous portion of tzatziki that also tasted house made - it was garlicky, creamy and I think contained feta as well - definitely enough salt! The gyro is finished with a couple of seasoned French fries tucked inside - cute add-in! The atmosphere is modern farmhouse meets kids’ playroom - board wall accents, blue paint, a cute Greek menu item crossword and a couple of chalk paint walls that have been colorfully decorated by customers. The service was efficient - we were in and out in 40 minutes. There is a cooler at one end with a decent selection of Greek desserts, which the server offered, but we passed. Maybe next time! The place is popular - half full on an off-season Monday near closing and at least 4 to-go customers came in to pick up while we were there. Locals in PSL are clued in about Think Greek! And now...
Read moreWho knew we had a little place in our own backyard that was on the Food Network. This place won the best bite in town which aired on May 31, 2024. We decided to check it out, the dish that was on the show was the Greek wonton, so of course we had to try that.
When we arrived around 6 PM, the place was super busy, which was to be expected since they just aired on a national network. So we kept our patients and was seated within seven minutes of walking in the door, Bella our server took our drink and food order.
It took around 35 minutes for the food to come out, the appetizer came out after the meal. Which we understood all this because they were very busy.
So we ordered : lamb/beef Gyro bowl $13.50 plus olives, $1.50 Lamb/beef Gyro combo with fries $14.75 Greek wonton $8.50 Baklava brownie $6.00 Subtotal was $44.25
The Gyro bowl was very tasty with the olives, wouldn’t mind trying that again. The regular Gyro I would have to give a three out of five, it wasn’t the worst, and it wasn’t the best I’ve ever had. I can’t say that I would not have it again, but I think I’ll lead more towards the bowl. We had high hopes for the wonton, just because it was the feature dish that was aired however, it wasn’t what it was hyped up to be. It wasn’t bad, It was very average.
I’m pretty sure we’ll go back at some point, when they can slow down and catch up with their customers. I think they’re a little bit overwhelmed right now and it’s reflecting in the food and slowness of getting the food out in a timely manner.
Please let me know what you think of the place, thanks for checking out...
