Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen — Restaurant in Port Vincent

Why is it that 3 different Popeyes walker denham port Vincent all have horrible service bad attitudes and never have inventory. At one location, I was physically assaulted by the manager and crew after waiting almost an hour for 2 chicken sandwiches for 2 different door dash orders. Watching them send 10 sandwiches out the window but never fixing my orders . Then, when I had written express permission from the customer to double check the order for large mashed potatoes, the order was yanked from my hand . Cursed out . And had the entire crew threaten me and follow me out the door. When I finally got out of the parking lot in fear for my life. I waited across the street for the sheriff to come after an hour wait I left . Do these stores not have a district manager to keep the managers in check . The crew in check ? It's something every time we go. No tenders. No sandwiches , no biscuits. No chicken one day. ...and since when do they stop frying chicken at 8:23 pm . And why was there a step ladder in the middle of the floor for ppl to trip on ? There are no wet floor signs when the roof is leaking onto a table and floor. No bucket. Or towels to catch it. Since when can the shift end at 2 buy your relief isn't there but u clock out and leave anyway leaving Noone to.cook amd the manager refuses too . Telling ppl in drive thru you can't serve food because you have no cook but there are 3 managers and 4 crew IN THE BUILDING SITTING AT THE...

10/17/21 about 7:00 pm. Popeye’s @ Port Vincent. A lot of confusion trying to order. Wanted mixed spicy and mild. They seemed to be out and I told them all spicy would be fine. Are ½ and ½ Family order. Pulled up to window, lady asked me to pull up by door to wait. She runs by me later gives order to man in truck. On the way back I ask her, that wasn’t my order because I was next in line. She asked if I had chicken strips I told her yes. I had just talked to her at window 7 minutes earlier. She runs back to the truck gets my order after man in truck had it. Gives it to me after he has had it awhile. I don’t know if man had eaten some are handled it by this time. I get home and sides are not what I order and chicken strips are all batter and so hard you can’t eat them. I have been going here for about 3 years now off and on since I live so close to eat and 10% of the time the chicken is great. My son really likes Popeye’s but I guess I am going to have to change something up. This is a big waste of money orders are never right and chicken is UN eatable...

Pulled in the line is out to the road. Decided to go in maybe it would be quicker. Walk in go to the counter and the girl tells me “the inside is closed. You can go through drive through”. Obviously she hasn’t seen how backed up drive through is. Or maybe she doesn’t care. Maybe, customer service isn’t what they strive for. Why is the door open if inside is closed? Why do I need to wait in the drive through line for what has been at LEAST 15 mins already and still haven’t gotten to the speaker. Oh yea that’s right because the inside is closed. Which makes the line longer than it needs to be which makes people wait longer than they should. Popeyes is already expensive!! But now let’s make you wait to spend $50 on chicken in the drive through line. Really? Do better Popeyes. Yall should really be kissing peoples behinds for spend their hard earned money on chicken that cost this much. Instead, we tell them to go back out and get in...
