This morning I got a brown sugar, oat milk shaken espresso. They handed me this coffee. This looks nothing like how the coffee should look or taste. When I politely asked them if there was four shots of espresso in it, they gave me an attitude. Her reply was they accidentally put a small amount of ice so they put a lot of oat milk in it. I politely told her that I would like a different coffee because drinking this would taste like milk with no coffee. When she told the staff, they all looked around at me and gave a big attitude about it. When she handed me my new coffee back, it was basically black with a splash of oatmilk and she said here’s your coffee, then immediately turned to walk away. Didn’t look me in the eye and didn’t apologize once. Also, note I tipped them $2 before them making my coffee. I feel like the price amount of a Venti, brown sugar, oat milk shaken espresso, it should be made correctly. I get accidents happen, but to hand me this milk drink knowing they messed up, instead of making me a new one is ridiculous. Then on top of that when I ask for a new coffee, I get such disrespect and attitude when I was nothing but nice about it. I am very easy-going person and not one to complain even if I get bad service, but this was just absolutely horrendous and I feel that managers/owners should know about this. Read moreFirst off, I have been to this location several times so far, and I love having a Starbucks close to home and not having to go to the westnedge location which is always insanely busy. The other times I've went to this location before today ive had good experiences. However, today was not so great. I went to order a venti Frappuccino and then was asked what size? I repeat venti. They say they're out of venti cups. Okay. All the times I've been to Starbucks, hundreds, I've never been told that... but whatever, not a big deal. I say ok, I'll have the next size down then, grande. Then they return with, we'll what drink? So I repeat my order of a caramel Frappuccino. Then I ask for 2 birthday cake pops. They say we're out of those too. I chuckle a bit because really? Again never had that experience before. Even worse was the rudeness of the person taking the order. The other times I've went I've always received good service and the employees have been pleasant and kind. Im not a complicated customer and treat everyone with respect, so it's odd to be met with rudeness. I pull up and have a coupon through the Starbucks app, the 3 dollar drinks for Tuesday, I didn’t know it was at 12 and they let me know so no big deal I can always come back around 12, well as I am deciding if I should just purchase the drink or come back in a little bit as it was only 11:30, the worker ask me “do you not have the funds?” Now I normally am very chill but I found this a little rude to ask a customer, if I really “didn’t have the funds” I don’t think I would find myself in your overpriced driveway.
