Kyle helps me every time I come in and he is always such a pleasure to work with. He makes you feel welcomed and comfortable and is very knowledgeable and can answer any questions you have. I think he knows what I’m going to order before I even say it, although I get the same thing every time. I appreciate the personal touch of most employees remembering you and that they aren’t pushing you for sales, they genuinely care about finding what’s right for you.

Overall I am very happy with the fantastic service I receive here on a regular basis and for the atmosphere being comfortable and approachable, I now exclusively shop here. It’s all very organized and you can tell they have well structured procedures because everything runs quickly and smoothly making everything super easy on the customers.

I have never had a single issue or bad interaction here, it is always a great experience. Again, I get Kyle every time and I appreciate that it’s not always new faces and that you can walk in and immediately recognize the people who are always working there and they remember you- such a nice touch. Very happy with the service, atmosphere, the people, pricing, and the overall experience I have each and every time I go and appreciate that they consistently do all of these things well.

Thanks again, Kyle, you’ve done all of my orders for a long time now and I appreciate you. Your ability to hear and recognize customers needs and the way you create a comfortable and safe environment for your customers should be applauded. You're a very good communicator and it always feels like a no pressure zone working with you and asking you questions. You and the environment are the reason I became a repeat customer who now exclusively shops at Skymint. I appreciate you!!

Edit 11/28/23: Had a terrible experience today with the manager. I am a regular but my partner is not. It was his second order, and Terri (Terri was wonderfully helpful and gave 5 star customer service) realized he wasn't offered a reward for his first visit. She said it looked like he turned down rewards. He definitely did not decline rewards as I have saved hundreds in rewards. Terri went to grab the manager so he could still get the reward. The manager was dismissive, rude, and accusatory. She insisted he must have declined to join and was now trying to pretend he hadn't, when in reality he wasn't asked in the first place. He left without the reward and with an incredibly negative experience that will have us shopping elsewhere. If you care about customer service, consider getting management that has a concept of it. ALSO: ordered an ounce of 16% flower and got a bag of untrimmed 12.27% instead. Oof.

3/19/23: I visit often and staff are always kind, but my visit with Tayler R today was exceptional. Tayler was friendly, and even better, she helped me out with rewards I forgot about. Thanks!!

Went in Tues 4/13 and was helped by Jacob. This guy was awesome and made me feel very comfortable, he made great recommendations and answered some questions none of the other people at competing dispensaries could.
