Taco Bell — Restaurant in Porterville

I went through drive thru, they messed up my order, their lobby was closed and the drive thru line had at least 7 cars in it, so I decided to get off anyways and see if they can fix my order. The cashier made the signal to go through drive thru but I showed them they messed up my order and he still signaled me to go get in line, after that, they flat out ignored me until one of the employees saw me and walked over to the door and opened the door for me and fixed my order.

That employee I don’t know his name deserves a 5 star review but Taco Bell definitely doesn’t. I wish I got his name because he went above and beyond to fix my order when he could have just been like the other employees and ignored me. Many thanks to him.

The positive of this store is convenient , fast service and their Pinto and cheese dish is very taste . Almost all of the food has really good taste . The negatives are on the Burritos have to much Tortilla on the ends and occasionally the employees are not trained well in making sure the ingredients in the burrito need to be placed evenly end to end . And the container for Pintos and Cheese are very small and then they only fill it half full. I feel this is just wrong and why don't they have a choice of sizes like small or large. I have been going there since 1986. I would really like them to do a promotional and come back with a Hamburgesa they served back in the sixties. I absolutely...

Rude rude rude! The only people that are never rude are the front cashiers. Everyone else has attitudes. Including the manager during the day. She’s hateful! She rolls her eyes at customers. The girl in the drive thru window today had a horrible attitude. And I guess you have to know someone now to customize an order! Because today is the first time I’ve ever been told I couldn’t customize an item. So DONE with this place. Taco Bell in Henderson will be my permanent place to order from now on.
