Arby's — Restaurant in Portland

Ridiculous. Started off as a basic misunderstanding, was given roast beef instead of chicken (hate roast beef) but was fine paying for them again… except the second time I went back, I was given someone else’s order, so I had to go back a THIRD time to fix my order (will forever check the bag before even putting the car in drive now), and was I offered a refund? No. Did he apologize? No. He asked me to pay AGAIN for the 4 chicken sandwhiches I technically ordered over an hour ago that I STILL do not have. I brought my receipt and the food back the first time, and accidentally forgot my recipes for the 2nd order when I left the house, but DID bring the food back to show them still. Not that I was asked for it the first or 2nd time.. but then it was an issue with the gentlemen I spoke with my third visit there that day, so I gave it back. Did let him know my husband tired to eat a roast beef to see if he could just deal, but they’re gross, and we never order the roast beef. THEN the gentleman had the nerve to ask me to pay over $6 more for the sandwhich my husband ate, that we never wanted or asked for in the first place. Why should I have to waste an hour of my time, and close to $30 for 4 chicken sandwhiches… even if you include the sandwhich my husband ate, that still doesn’t add up. Will never recommend or go back to this...

Stopped in around 8pm. Waited a minute for someone to come from the back kitchen. Ordered two Greek gyros, mocha shake and an 8 piece jalapeno poppers. Bill came to over $18. I got back on the highway and are my jala poppers then opened up my first sandwich and took a bite and something tasted funny. I took another bite thinking it had been a while and maybe the lamb was just stronger than I remembered. The second bite was the same and the sandwich smelled bad. I opened the other one and it smelled bad as well. I was already down the highway 15 min or I would have gone back. About 3am I woke up sicker than a dog. I got sick both ends and this morning I was very queasy still. I know it was the sandwich that made me sick because I hadn't had anything to eat all day other than some peanuts as I was on a fishing trip in Monroe Michigan and did not come off the water until 430. I had to drive back to grand haven so I figured Portland would be a good break to stretch and get some food. Big mistake. I should have just gotten speedway hotdogs like I originally planned but the jamocha shake was the thing that decided my fate. Beware about going there...

Pulled up at 8 pm (ish) at the same time as 3 other cars. I honestly thought it would take forever! But all of us were thru the line and with our food within 10 minutes! I finally tried the crispy chicken sandwich at the suggestion of the speaker guy and it was excellent! I've found a new sandwich here! But next time I'll omit the honey mustard. I love the honey mustard here but it's just not a good combo with the chicken sandwich. Oh, they also forgot my cheese sauce I ordered, but I had pulled over to eat my food and the girl came running out a few minutes later bringing it to me! I was there the night of the 12th, so whoever the crew was working that night was excellent! They were super quick, very friendly, and very considerate, running my cheese...
