The entire location smelled extremely strongly of pine-sol and stale smoke, and was cheaply decorated in a quite ugly way. Saloon-style doors led to a very small video lottery section which was roughly the size of a normal restroom (and smelled like one as well).
Menu does not reflect items actually available; went in for a smoothie, large sections of the paper menu were crossed out - of the three smoothies that were not crossed out, only one was actually available for purchase. Food types available (other than the smoothies, of course) were incredibly generic pan-Asian dishes; chicken and rice bowl, beef and rice bowl, noodles and chicken. Chicken was good, rice was perfect, smoothie was legit, but let me tell you about that sauce. It was peppered, and just right.
