Wow let me tell you that I've been treated worse by better businesses. Today I made a purchase at this store was assisted by older European older guy with black and white sports suit. Make my first purchase no problem then decided to purchase something else the guy makes a big deal about me being charged an additional.30 cent for using my card on a $3.49 purchase I expressed hey it's no problem I want what I want thanks for the help. But then this guy becomes so passionate about the extra .30 additional charge I asked for his name and he refuses to to give me his name tells me to figure out myself and that he was only trying to help me out. I tried to explain to him that I had no problem with being charged the extra .30 just wanted to know his name to be more formal and to let him know it's no problem at all. He then told me he doesn't have to give me his name asked me to leave the store as if I didn't make a purchase. I have lived in this neighborhood for over 2 years and never have I ever been treated like this I did spend no 5 or 6 dollars I spent a nice amount because this is the only store that had what I needed but the disrespect in customer service was totally uncalled for when I I am doing business at this store. This was my first encounter with this guy and for sure the last time he claimed to be the manager but I highly doubt it do not go to this store with this guy on the clock he wore black n white addida s sweat suit salt n pepper curly hair he had an accent as well very very very rude and disrespectful I will make sure to tell my friends and family not to go while he's there and if he continues to be employed will stop my family and friends from...
Read more⚠️ WARNING: Stay far away from K.S. Market. I grew up going to this store since I was 8 years old, and I’m now 26. Since the new owners took over, it has become one of the most hostile, miserable places I have ever stepped into. They treat you like a thief the second you walk in, as if your very existence offends them. The wife is rude beyond belief, and the husband is even worse. Together they make the atmosphere toxic and unwelcoming.
On top of that, they run shady business practices. They sold my friend a pipe that had clearly been glued back together, hoping no one would notice. When we walked back inside only SECONDS later to ask for a replacement, the husband completely lost control. A grown man stood there screaming in the faces of two women, reducing my friend to tears, while his wife laughed at us. They accused us of being scammers and even went as far as to throw racial slurs. That was the moment I realized these are not just bad business owners, they are truly awful people.
In all my years, I have never had such a vile experience in a store. This is not just bad customer service, it is abusive, dishonest, and hateful behavior. Do yourself a favor and never set foot in this place. Spend your money...
Read moreAbsolutely love these folks!!! Nothing exceptionally extraordinary about the store. But it's a step above any 7-Eleven or plaid pantry if you ask me. Not to mention they are a UPS access point. If you're not home for me to collect your signature or it doesn't feel safe to just leave your package sitting at the door. The mail watch over it for you till you get there. Out of all the routes have done and all the access points I have serviced, I've never had to do a driver follow up with them. Meaning they don't mess with your packages and if you don't come to pick them up. They are returned to the shipper in the same condition that KS...
