Papa Johns Pizza — Restaurant in Portland

I recently ordered a pizza online for take out at the SE 145th location. My online order indicated it would be ready about 10mins before my ETA. When I arrived and went in I could see a couple of customers who were standing around waiting for their orders and initially didn't see anyone working. Then a lady popped out from behind the oven where she was taking out a finished pizza for another customer. She greeted me with a "Hi! Thank you for coming in, I'll be with you in a moment." I responded with a "No problem, I already ordered online." She asked my name and then said my pizza was still in the oven cooking. I expressed some frustration as i had kids sleeping i. The car and it was supposed to have already been ready so she said she'd be willing to bring it out to me when it was done if I preferred. I learned her name is STEPHANIE VIRGIN and I just want to thank her for helpin me by bringing my pizza out to me when it was done. I spent top dollar to get a pizza and cheesey bread fresh out of the oven 40 min prior to their arrival to my house. The door dash driver (delivery service used by papa John's not my choice) picked up my pizza and I was given A 9 min estimate, 2 minutes in the driver returned to the store and then took off in a direction away from my house and the estimated time went to 17 minutes. At that point my pizza would have arrived at the back end of the original estimate but that 17 minutes turned into 28 minutes. I assume the drivers don't know they are being tracked because he had no problem lying and blaming the pizza parlor for his poor service. I had no idea Papa John's used a delivery service and not their own workers so I am guessing the door dash driver was delivering his orders based on pre paid tips. I tip only in cash and this driver had no faith in that so he got $1 unearned where he would have recognized $5 if he could have made the 2 mile drive intime to meet the estimated delivery time. Ordered pizza, gave correct address and apparent number. Half an hour later no pizza. I called and asked were my pizza was and was put on the phone with the GM Judy who was very rude and condescending. Judy said my address twice and I said "yes that's my adress" she said that the driver went somewhere else and the person who opened the door said they didn't order a pizza so the driver came back. No apologies about messing up the address after I confirmed that I had given the correct address and repeated my address twice to her. Judy said that she would put my order in again. Guess what? Half an hour later no pizza. Judy had the second attempt sent to the Starbucks right next to my apartment. I had confirmed that I live in an apartment and gave the number twice.
