This is the absolute WORST Chinese food I’ve ever had!! I called yesterday to give this place a try. I ordered only 1 pint pork fried rice, 5 crab rangoon, and 3 beef teriyaki steak, only because I’d never been there… that was the ONLY good thing about my decision to go there!!! They told me about 10 or 15 min, 35 min later I was finally handed my bag with a rude “sorry” said to me. When I got it home and opened it I almost puked .. the pork fried rice was some kind of orange mush that was clearly NOT fresh. It looked and smelled like it had been rewarmed for days. The crab rangoon wasn’t cooked enough and didn’t taste like ANY crab rangoon I’d ever had, and the beef teriyaki was just as bad… I’m appalled this place is still in business!! To top it off you can see in there kitchen from the pick up window and it is filthy rotten dirty, and none of there staff uses gloves etc… skip this place!! It’s a giant disappointment and I’ll never go...
Read moreI love China Taste in Portland! We've offered from here numerous times over the past few years when hubby and I still lived in Portland. The service is always great and really quick, including delivery. One gentleman who delivered was excellent. He ended up being or regular driver and we'd always have good conversation about the weather, our kids, etc. The people there are great!

Both their wonton soup and hot and sour soup are wonderful. I've tired a lot of things on their menu and I've loved almost everything. The only dish I tried and wasn't overly thrilled with was their chicken curry. Other than that, they...
Read moreI used to eat here on a weekly basis. That was until I found Steel Wool in my Fried Rice. That was a couple years ago and they did refund me. I decided to give another chance even though they charge a ridiculous price for their food and a delivery charge. Well,I ordered my typical $50.00 order. So, the CHICKEN Chop Suey tasted like Bad Fish. They girl on the phone insisted they don't serve fish. Well as someone who despises any fish,it tasted like fish. Or the undercooked and doughy breading over the Sweet and Sour Pork and rock hard pieces of Pork. Oh,and even though it comes with the Sweet and Sour Pork, the container of White Rice tasted like it was Sprinkled with Comet Floor Cleaner. I'd hate to see that kitchen. Do...
