Last night, my mother-in-law and I had an extremely disappointing experience at this place. We had made appointments for pedicures for two well in advance, but upon arrival, they were unprepared for our visit and they failed to seat us right next to each other. To make matters worse, there were other guests in the establishment, one who was sitting right in between us, who were causing a major disturbance. They were being excessively loud, watching videos with the sound blasting, and even engaging in phone conversations with the speakerphone on. This severely detracted from our overall experience. It would have been appreciated if the owners had taken the initiative to advise their patrons on the importance of respect and asked them to mute their devices. Went in for a pedicure. I had been to this place about 6 years ago and they did good work so I decided to come back. There chairs are in bad shape and the buttons on the massage chairs are missing. I felt like I was going to fall into the bottom of the chair. The place is dirty and theres nail polish stains everywhere. I felt that this place needs a good disinfecting. Oh and they only accept cash but they have no visible signage stating this and no atms on site so you will have to go to a bank if you dont have cash on you. I could not leave the salon until I gave them my phone as collateral for my 35 dollar pedicure. There are many other places that can give you much more bang for your buck. Dont go here! I am a caregiver for an elderly woman. She has been a costumer of this place for 9 years, going every two weeks to have her toes done! (Not anymore). Recently they were closed forcing her to go somewhere else. while there she was told she had an infection and a fungus and some of her nails had fallen off and were in the process of falling off, all of this taking some time and very noticable to the nail tech (it caused some real damage). Rather than say anything these people just painted her nails took her money and sent her on her way. Shame on you taking advantage of the elderly.
