Mariscos Tinto del Mar — Restaurant in Portland

I'm going to be real serious about this..I mean this review. This is as good as ceviche as I've ever had. And I love ceviche. I had gone to this food truck lot to enjoy some of the amazing birrio tacos next store. But had a short conversation with the guy at this truck. He was so friendly and so genuine that I had to make this two truck stop. I've had cerviche all over the world and this was as good as it gets. I had the tostada. It came piled high with the most flavorful ceviche. Every bite was literally heaven. It came with extra tostada and topped with perfectly ripe avocaods.Get here. Eat this....

This place was so good! I placed two large party tray orders of mariscos and they were such a hit! Everyone loved them. I’m extremely picky with the way I make aguachiles and rarely buy them made because it’s so hard to find good ones. But these were fire!
