Winning Spot Bar & Lottery — Restaurant in Portland

UPDATE: decided to come back to the winning spot and boy has it changed!! Hazel, the bartender did a great job bartending, she was friendly, made great drinks and the whole environment feels alot better. I stand corrected, come to winning spot , my boyfriend and I thoroughly enjoy it!

Had a horrible first time attending here. Bartender was a white male on the shorter side who was super unfriendly and came off as a know it all. He made me the WORST long Island i have ever encountered in my life. When I told him I couldnt stomach it he refused to make me another drink, even though I paid. This establishment is what I'd call strange for lack of better words the owner constantly is talking about her short comings in life.. the drinks are overpriced however there was one employee I really liked Stacey she was attentive to the customers needs made a superior drink but she no longer works there in that chaos due to major communication problems with her boss I'm surprised she let that gem go ..I'll be surprised if this place lasts another five years never no specials . Not only is this bar over priced, the atmosphere from the bar owner is beyond ridiculous. Always talking about how rough she has had it and is super negative person. I had a friend who bartended for her for a short time and I loved it when she would work but the owner made racial comments and would always accuse her of stealing. I have overheard her say racist comments multiple times. If you are a person of color...be ready to he looked at and treated differently!! All you have to do is pay attention to how she looks and treats people. She can never keep a good bartender because her inability to be professional and fair.
