I have been going to this place since I was in high school and today everything was good until I had went to ask about a Churro flavor … so basically my little sister got 2 churros and I asked her to let me taste it and I liked the flavor she got but I didn’t know what flavor she got so I told my little sister to come with me to the cashier person so that I can show her what flavor I wanted so I pointed at my sisters Churros and I said hey can you please tell me the flavoring that she got thinking they would know what I am saying but apparently not one person knew what I said the whole time they thinking I am complaining about the churros my sister got but I wasn’t and I have been trying to explain to them and they just assumed and just dissected through my sisters 2 churros and I am here trying to explain to them no no no she still wants her vanilla churros I just wanted to order the same exact one and they still proceeds to not only did they gave my sister only one churros when she had paid for 2 and they just gave her a strawberry one and we didn’t ask them anything about strawberry churros.. I now know the flavor I asked for was vanilla but still they threw 2 of my sisters vanilla churros and gave her only one vanilla and mind you this is after me trying to explain to them that there was a misunderstanding and yet I bought myself 2 vanilla’s but my sister only got one when she paid for 2 and they made seem like we were complaining when truly all I asked for was the damn flavoring and I even tried to say sorry for the misunderstanding and miscommunication using google translate and they just brushed it off kind of rude way and I can understand some Spanish and I can hear them talking shit soo very shitty service They didn’t even try to understand what I trying to say one of the lady kept telling the other cooks what to do saying oh we can’t change that wtf do you mean we didn’t ask for anything about strawberry churros. So they would rather make it look like ohh look this person is making a seen instead of being like oh ma mad… at the end my little sister walked away with just 1 churros all because I asked her to come with me to show them the flavor she got .. other then that...

Be careful they will skim money from you and double charge your cards. I've been going here consistently for over a year at least once to twice a week and usually spend about $20-$30. Over the last month or so they have been consistently overcharging me for my food. At first I figured maybe because the tariffs so I let it slide. The next time I brought it up they said the prices have changed but the price change does not show on the menu. So the next time I come they changed the prices But still charge me more than the listed price. I asked her why she charged me more she points to sign I asked her why she charged me more She points to sign that says we charge a fee for credit card debit card but I used cash when I confront her she says I don't speak English. The next week I come in the same thing only they charged me way more. Pretty sure they're skimming from the owner they lost me as a customer I'd rather go to victorino's where they do...

I clearly asked for crispy meat & no one can seem to understand my order. I will bring my food back tomorrow! 2nd time & my last time. Today, I took the order back, and none of the front register folks speak English. The cook was upset a little & I could tell. He did cook it crispy, but he decided to tell me that steak is better medium or rare. I didn't ask for your opinion. He chopped up the steak fine & I didn't ask for that. I'll just find another place to eat at & thanks. They must have lost their good cook! Well, I decided to go back again & my experience was a lot better, so they deserved an update & my buddy liked...
