Very nice hole in the wall bar with just the right kind of vibe my wife and I enjoy. It is off the main highway so you'll have to come looking for it but I think you'll find that it's well worth it, especially being that it's in the old down town of Portola. When we stopped in for drinks, we came with friends and had a good time sitting at the bar and enjoy some bourbon. There are several pool tables and on the evening that we were here, pool was being offered for free and locals were taking advantage of it. This is definitely a watering hole that I would recommend you visit if you enjoy old towns the way we do and look forward to experiencing it for yourself.
