So much for pleasing the customer! I decided to use the drive thru in a rush to grab lunch before I had to be at my next appointment. BIG FREAKING MISTAKE! I pulled up and was extremely excited that there wasn't a line and it was prime lunch hour on a Saturday... The voice half heartedly mumbled from the speaker... Yadda yadda may I take your order. Now, mind you I have been vegan or attempted vegan for over a year for health reasons, and this was the only place between myself and my next appointment. I figured as long as I tried to get the healthiest option on the menu I'd be ok to slide one meal... I looked at the flashing menu board swapping the meals and menu in cycle across the screens . entire left side of the board as beef. So, By the time I scanned the right side and spotted some chicken meal it was gone luckily I had been fast enough to interpret the number 10 in large white digits next to it. I replied to the voice in the speaker "Hi, yeah. I will have a number 10 sandwich only and that will be all.". The voice muttered a number back to me that included the numbers seven and ended (I think) with three. And was told to pull around. I smilingly did just that. I counted out a 5 , 2 ones and 93 cents to be on the safe side and when the window was clear to pull up to I did so. The double doored window flew shut as I approached. Then, a good 30 seconds later the face I assumed was responsible for the muttering and exuberance looked me in The eye. I happily said " I couldn't quite understand you back there.. did you say that was 7.93?". The reply came back," yeah" not. Oh yes sir $7.93 please not. Oh I'm sorry. Yes, that is exactly what I said sir... No respect I kindly handed over the money explaining heres $7 as I place the paper in her palm and here's 93 cents as I place the change on top of the paper money. She continued having the conversation that was going on behind her discussing something about the premium outlets and how far it was or something. clearly not paying attention to her customer. Then she snatched the window closed not handing me any form of receipt in order to check my order! note: My order was never repeated back at the speaker nor the window... God only knows what I was paying $7.93 for. Trusting that the fast food gurus behind the windows know what they're doing... Bad idea. I kindly waited with a smile on my face. When the window flew open again... And a bag was thrust out not folded not presented, thrust... I took it. Kindly looked the young lady in the face and said I appreciate you, have a wonderful day. Folded the top of the bag over placed it in the passenger seat and pulled away...she didn't reply. About this time. I decided to see if I had gotten my receipt yet... No. I rounded the building pulled back into traffic pulled out my sandwich... To my displeasure it was a double quarter burger bacon thing that had been slapped together with so much mayonnaise, ketchup and oozy lettuce and tomato juice then it slid apart in the wrapper revealing it's complete naked beefiness... Of which I don't eat. Now. I am so clear on all of this description because my next experience was downright unacceptable. I Came back into the lobby after I parked noting the eye contact as I came through the door and the whispers among 3 young ladies.. The one who served me never faced me, stood with her back against the counter or the drink stand or whatever beside the counter.. And I cherrily explained to the woman I'd never seen before. I had asked for a number 10 sandwich only... She stammered a little looked at the young lady with her back to me who looked to the young lady standing at the warmer & said 'he said number two..'. The woman began to argue with me about what she heard through the speaker. After my third time replying that I had asked for a number 10... And her voice raised I exclaimed I am sorry I didn't know it was the customer is always wrong day and continued her argument as I exited the door and proceeded to eat it anyway. I was late. Don't do it....
Read moreI do not make reviews like these because at the end of the day we’re all human. However, today was possibly the worst experience I’ve had not only at this location but at any fast food chain. Long waits are normal here (usually 10-15 minutes), but today I placed a mobile order at 10:20 am and was in the drive-through. I was asked “can you hold on a minute” and sat in front of the speaker until 10:31 am for them to tell me “systems are down we’re not taking orders”. When I notified them I had a mobile order I wasn’t asked what the name was on it, I was told to come inside to get it. Once inside, the place was crowded with people waiting. Now, I understand this place is short staffed, but the older woman with short hair and the girl with dreads were very kind even in the midst of the chaos. The woman with 2 nose rings who came in on her day off was NOT. Coming in on a day off can be an upsetting experience but her attitude was repulsive to both her coworkers and the customers even when I attempted to be patient and kind. My mobile order showed as completed shortly after showing in progress, but she was blaming me for not checking in. When I showed her I had checked in as soon as I got the message she continued to tell me I did not. Finally I was told to stand to the side and to just “keep checking in” and no further assistance or refund offered. I was told by the girl with dreads 20 minutes later after standing to the side that the ticket was sitting up there and my food was ready. Which means my order was bumped as completed and my 37 minute wait was unnecessary. This was all the while the other girl was still trying to tell me my order was not received. She was also rude to another customer requesting a refund after his 40 minute wait, when all he said was “I’ve been waiting awhile” and she continued to be aggressive and defensive towards him since she had just come in and it was not her fault. I was happy to take my food and get out of there as soon as possible...
Read moreThere have been multiple times that I have visited this location because it’s close to my daughters school. The drive-through is always jampacked to the road. So this time I decided to go inside. That did not make it any better because there were so many customers waiting in line. It took every bit of 20 minutes before an associate even addressed me. And when she did she stated that she would be with me in one minute and that took about five more minutes. I watched the staff bag items with their bare hands and touch the counter in the register and that is very unclean. Cross contamination . I witnessed staff members walk from the back of the store not wearing masks or facial coverings. And when the associate finally addressed to me she was so rude. She was taking orders and bagging orders. And I asked her for a receipt, she said you will get your receipt when you get your food. I don’t know if this is some type of new policy but I usually get my receipt prior to receiving my food and many other establishments. And when she finally called my order I was unclear and I asked was it the menu items, and she said you would know if you ordered it I don’t know. That was so unprofessional. I again asked her for my receipt and she slid the bag And walked off. When we received our drink cups they were Styrofoam cups that look like they were from the hospital. I was disgusted. And didn’t understand why it took forever to order my food service was terrible and I realize why they have so many hiring signs around the building.
Terrible My daughter asked to go there because she likes their Breakfast and it was close to her school...
