Little Caesars Pizza — Restaurant in Portsmouth

I've showed up around 8:30 to pick up my phone in order and again it was wrong. It was the same dumb dumb jerk who can't even speak English well who messed up this order as well as the last four orders I have placed in the past weeks. Quantity was wrong the pizza was wrong the crust was wrong there was nothing about this order that he tried to charge me for that was right. When you order an extra most bestest pepperoni pizza on thin crust sliced and triangles Eddie wants to charge you $19 for it? It makes you really wonder why you bothered to come back to this place because four times before the same jerk who can't speak English well who gets everything messed up who's too retarded to even work in a restaurant is still there working and the management is evidently stupid or blind to this guys incompetence. So I got tired of correcting him and let him know that I ordered an extra most bestest pepperoni on thin crust sliced and triangles he couldn't get it right. I left I got nothing I went to Domino's and the last four times I showed up here and this dumb dumb got my order wrong I left again but I went to Sal's both of those are decent they don't mess up your order and they're busy that is why I came to this Little Caesars at this time 8:30 at night they're not busy and I understand why the dude at the window to do dances to phone the dude that can't get your order right to do tries to overcharge you when you show up to pick up your order it's still there running away business I understand totally why they're not very busy at night and the competition that's a good product and isn't that far off on price and has better service than what's here at night how can understand why they're busy and Little Caesars here on Tyre Neck Road and High Street is not busy. So I've decided that's five times screwed up I won't be back. I go to the other Little Caesars restaurants in the area and the other cities I have no problem it's just this one on the corner of Tyre Neck and High Street that is screwed up in the evenings because of the crew that works there they're incompetent and the bosses are too stupid to realize they have some losers working for him and losers mean less business and losers mean less money losers mean less customers. I would not be surprised to see this Little Caesars go out of business because you need to be able to sell the pizzas the whole time you're open for business! Service should be acceptable anytime you show up during business hours but not here! So save yourself some frustration and do not go to the Little Caesars at Tyre Neck and High Street. I'm...

Always have loved little Caesars but it along with most places has gone far downhill over the past few years. This place used to be amazing when they had the $5 hot amd ready pizza but since then it seems they have strayed so far from that they are the dame as any other pizza place. The difference is the pizza is worse quality and now cost substantially more. It's also crazy to me on certain days it's online order only but yet I pick it up at the window, so you pull up to the window just to be informed they aren't taking window orders and then go order it from your cellphone in the parking lot and pick it up 30 min later because the online order doesn't even inform you how long it will be until after you already pay. Also shame on whoever runs the stores when we had gone to get a pizza there was one young guy working and running the entire operation like how tf can that be expected of someone. Kid probably only make $11 an hour doing so. The bread sticks have been now let to rise the past few times I've went, the pizza has been borderline sauce less, the price has been just under that of actually good pizza places if you have it delivered in comparison to other places. Think I will just stick to cogans from now on and skip the cut rate...

I was absolutely appalled. I placed an online order. Left my house when it said it was ready. I got to the store and pulled to the drive thru. I let them know I had a mobile order and they said pull up. 5 minutes pass:no workers in sight 10 minutes pass: still no workers in sight but I can hear them laughing and joking in the back through the crack in the window. 15 minutes pass: still no sign of workers and 3 more customers just standing at the counter waiting to be spoken to 20 minutes pass: I call the store. Guy answers the phone and I was like hey, im in you're drive thru. My order says its been ready, noone has came up front or said anything and I just want my food. He hangs up the phone and comes to the window to pass me my food. One of the girls was behind him running her mouth talking crap about the fact that I called the store and insisting that my order was still being made. It definitely had been sitting for awhile because it was ice cold and rock hard by the time I got it. I didnt even eat it because they disappeared to the back after the whole interaction with my food and I dont trust it now, especially with the way she way...
