Starbucks — Restaurant in Portsmouth

For this to be a new location, it bothers me that the associate that took my order today was highly rude. You do not mock a customer just because you can’t hear them. I told the associate i wanted a acai refresher with light ice and Alex deemed it necessary to mock me because she couldn't hear what i said (due to me being on the passenger side of the vehicle) and she repeated that i wanted a acai refresher with “ike-ike” and i could hear the associate in the background bust out into laughter.(Sorry but that was rude) and when my husband got to the window she said nothing, gave no total amount that i owed, but took my card and didn’t hand him a receipt with the card, so i had to ask for it. Very UNPROFESSIONAL. Please train these...

On 4.23.25 @8:31 pm pulled up to the drive-thru and was told the store was closed. I looked on the web site to verify the store closure time, it said 9pm. I then called the store and a young lady answered. I asked if they were still open, she said yes. I then asked, "why was my husband just told at the drive-thru by the gentleman working the drive-thru that the store was closed ". She denied that he said. I said yes he did and could you please provide to me the number to your corporate office? She responded look it up. Normally I go here all of a few times a year for seasonal drinks because its close to my house. The people tend to be nice or at the least respectful. After asking if they could put peppermint in my hot cocoa I got that awkward moment of silence and then when I got to the window I wasnt even greeted. I got told the total, then after a minuet was handed my stuff without ever saying a word or anything. There was my car and 1 other in the drive through and she was replying back to the car behind me pretty rude from what i was hearing as well.
