Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Portsmouth

ORDERED ON LINE JANUARY 25 approx. 1:00pm...Gave me a 15 min timer letting me know when my order would be ready

I actually waited for 20 mins before leaving my home.

Arrived at PIZZA HUT - Woman told me my order was NOT ready, Hadn't even been prepared. Two other men were waiting for their order as well...Another outside in his car.

Only THREE people were working One on the cash register One on the floor waiting One cooking

I told her I had ordered (by that time 30 mins ago) ON LINE and it should have been finished..

Woman told me my order would be another 20 mins. When informed I was no longer interested, she went back to where my ticket order was and told the man he didn't have to worry about my order and ripped my ticket off the wall.

I was hot to say the least and let the woman know I wasn't happy.

The waiter for the dinning room area was mad because they prepared the wrong "bread sticks" so she then had to re-order.

The cook looked in no hurry to make pizza...I saw one pizza coming out of the oven: "Looked burnt around the crust area".

The outside of the business is a mess parking lots need re-paved Inside carpet was dirty tables were NOT cleaned off

BUSINESS WAS A MESS... and DONNA??? (the owner)... Stop making excuses to why your business is run down, dip in your pocket book and make it right. People are getting old with it!!

#pizzahut #pizzahutsucks Today was my beautiful niece Alex’s Birthday. Out of all the places she could have chosen she wanted her party at Pizza Hut. The whole family went to the Pizza Hut in Portsmouth OH. They literally would not seat us, they said it was too much trouble to move some tables together! There was only one table in the whole place with customers!😡 One half of the restaurant was roped off. Her dad said what about all this room? She said, oh that saves us a lot of work and just laughed! Literally turned this little Princess away! I’m so mad!! If any of my friends will share this, just put #pizzahut in your comment. I hope this lady gets fired! On a good note we all drove 20-25 miles to the Wheelersburg OH Pizza Hut and they could not have been nicer. Could not apologize enough for how we were treated. Even though it wasn’t their fault. But I’m really pissed...

I grew up in Bowling Green, Ohio. The Pizza Hut there was an extremely clean and polite place. I would take the family there regularly. The Pizza Hut here in Portsmouth (the first time I actually went there) was not as sanitary as what I was used to at a Pizza Hut. The place actually smelled kind of nasty, and the smell was actually transfered to the take out boxes (we had carry out here after we got there, hoping it would taste better when we got away from the smell, but then smell seemed to be transfered to the pizza). As I said, the Pizza Hut in Bowling Green, Ohio, is an excellent place to eat and I would recommend it to anybody. The place in Portsmouth, Ohio is a place I would not recommend to anyone. Pizza Hut was always my favorite pizza place, and I will always go back to the one in Bowling Green, but never again will I go to the one...
