Buffalo Wild Wings — Restaurant in Portsmouth

Our experience tonight was less than stellar. Keep in mind, we are well aware that it is a Friday night and we knew it would be busy. The atmosphere was great, and very family friendly. The restaurant was clean and the staff were all friendly too. We sat down ordered our drinks, appetizer, and meal. Our appetizer came in a very timely fashion, however it did take awhile to get our meal. Again, it is a Friday night and we expected this. A different server brought us our food, and after eating it, both of our plates tasted like they had been sitting for awhile, and most of it was pretty cold. We also still didn't have our drinks, so I went to ask the bartender if she could make them for us. She was incredibly nice and hospitable, and informed me that she has notified the waitress serving our table that she didn't have the ingredients to make one of drinks, and asked to get another order from us for a substitute drink. We hadn't seen our waitress for over 30 minutes. I asked if she would make us a substitute, and she did. Overall, we were just disappointed in our experience- I have never had a margarita for dessert at a restaurant and for $70, we will probably choose to eat elsewhere...

This was the absolute worst time we (party of 8) have ever been treated. We were seated in the very front where everyone walks past so we asked to be moved to a different table. That must have been a no-no bc the host Baley had a hissy fit and started slamming chairs around. Then we ordered our drinks and 2x I had to speak mine before our server Tina acknowledged me. Our drinks came out and our server ignored me 3x when trying to tell her that certain drinks were for certain people. When we ordered our food she took one completely wrong (ordered a sandwich, it came out a wrap) after speaking it louder for her a second time. We waited 30 minutes for our order to come to the table and the place wasnt busy. We tried to send the messed up order back and she left it on the table. The correct order came out within 4-5 minutes and it did not look appealing at all and it got left for trash. Honestly lucky I did leave any tip at all. I usually leave tips based on service not the food. The food is what makes a person come there, the service is what makes them come back. This establishment needs BETTER SERVICE. This party of 8 wont be back for...

Horrible! I used to go here all the time. I had points saved up through my Buffalo Wild Wing app rewards so I ordered wings for carry out along with wings I was paying for with cash. When I went to pick my order up the Cashier was unaware of how to redeem points after I paid for the first part of my order so he reached out to the Manager for help and when she came to supposedly help she was unaware how to redeem rewards so told me to do it on my phone. When I tried to redeem the rewards it came up a quesadilla when I ordered boneless wings. Instead of fixing the problem, she told me to contact the app and was rude so I left half of my order there. She was not worried about fixing anything because they already had my money for the rest of my order. I walked out then called back to ask for a different Manager to fix the problem and got the same girl who still didn’t fix the problem. The service is terrible and some of the food is not the greatest anymore either. I will not return to this location. Basically, I lost all of my points because she did not know how to do her job and my points was not replaced nor was any part...
