Starbucks — Restaurant in Portsmouth

Extremely rude, I usually love coming here because it’s close to home and the staff is usually very nice but I’ll start making the trip to ashland from now on. I shouldn’t have to reach behind the counter to get my 3 drinks, nor have 4 people who ordered after me get their drink & leave before one of mine even comes out. As a public service worker myself I understand the holidays are rough but there’s no reason for the attitude as I was patiently waiting and hadn’t said a word. By far my favorite Starbucks of all time! These ladies not only provide top of the line service, but they are like family. I try and visit this Starbucks at least once a day and they always go out of their way to greet us and treat us like Fam❤️. Not to mention this Starbucks always has my favorite food in stock, unlike many of the other Starbucks in the area. One of the main reasons I’m gonna hate moving! We will truly miss our Starbucks family!! Also STARBUCKS, you need a location in Greenup, Kentucky!...

I collect Starbucks Tumblers and also I'll call my cousin and see if she wants any. The worker came from behind the counter to look at the ornament/Keychain after I looked at them. Then asked me if I decided not to get it. I told her that I already had it, I was just looking because I was shocked at the amount they had. When I tried to use my reusable cup, she said they only do that in January. Not true at all. She thought I was stealing and she treated me poorly. Horrible experience but an amazing...
