Working in Wheelersburg I pass this establishment on a daily basis going to and from my workplace. Tonight my wife and I wanted to have pizza for dinner and I chose to give this establishment a try as the pizza place we used to order from has gone downhill.
I called the restaurant to ask if they delivered to my area (New Boston) and was greeted by a very rude gentleman who never even identified himself or stated the name of the establishment. When I asked him if they delivered to New Boston, he asked me to what I said as he didn’t hear me which was understandable given I could hear some noise in the background.
Upon once again asking if they deliver to New Boston, I was instantly hung up on by whoever it was that had answered the phone. Thinking I had made a mistake, I checked the number I dialed along with every number I could find for this establishment only to find I had dialed the right number.
I called the establishment back and this time was greeted with a friendly “Panheadz Pizza” from a young lady who is probably too good to be working at that establishment if the other employees are anything like my first encounter. I asked her if they delivered to New Boston (which she informed me they did not) then I informed her of my first encounter and automatically hung up as I was too annoyed to even bother with waiting for a response.
I wish I could leave a review on the food, the restaurants cleanliness and everything else, but after one phone call this establishment left a nasty taste in my mouth that makes me question if the food would do the same thing. I don’t know who answered the phone the first time I called and chose to hang up on me when I asked if they delivered to New Boston, but whoever he was I hope the owner of this establishment finds out he’s costing his place some potential business with...

Now?...not even on the same planet.
We are frequently traveling through Southern Ohio and always make a point to get panheadz.
We got 1 large pepperoni and sausage that cost 25!, and a cheese that cost 17. With tax, close to 50! I didn't even realized how much it cost until I got home as I didn't pay attention at the store. Never needed to.
Not to mention the price, but the box was completely saturated in grease and no parchment paper under the pizza.
The pizza tasted like a REALLY cheap microwave pizza.
Needless to say, we can get way better pizza elsewhere here or just make a chef boyardee and get the...
Read moreCame here upon recommendation of a local business whose employees go here regularly for lunch, and we had a great experience.
We were seated quickly in a clean booth. The overall appearance of the restaurant was clean and cool. Our drink orders were taken quickly and returned quickly, and we were given plenty of time to place our orders without feeling rushed. Our server was friendly and professional and service was very quick.
The food we ordered was exactly as we ordered and expected it by the menu description. It was hot and fresh. And the price point...
