I stopped a few weeks ago to get a French Dip, but it was Tuesday and I had failed to read that they are only available on Fridays. The ladies at the window kindly notified me but said to get there early because they sell out quickly. She even said I could call ahead to pre-order and they would save some for me. I finally made it back and was not disappointed. They offered some additional toppings but I just got beef and cheese. It was a big sandwich and the roast beef and bread were excellent, as well as the au jus. The only problem was there was only enough au jus for half of the sandwich. It was also served with a warm, soft freshly made cookie! I can see why Yelp has it at #17 on its 100 Best Sandwich Shops in the Nation. I look forward to trying other sandwiches and will ask for two cups of au jus next time.

We LOVED this little gem of a sandwich shop. It was quite unexpected as we pulled up to a little drive through window and building the size of a coffee hut. In chatting with the gals, they were so friendly and happy to share delicious options. We debated on whether to share a sandwich and once they showed us the size of their fresh bread, we decided to definitely share. The sandwich was gloriously huge! We ordered a grilled turkey with pepper jack cheese on tomato herb bread. It was packed with meat and melted cheese. Having it grilled was the way to go! So good and probably a foot long. Honestly, it was two sandwiches in one for about $10. Worth the wait. Take advantage of this delicious sandwich place option! You’ll be back to try another sandwich variety in no time. I know we will for sure.

Ermigid!!! First off, such NICE ladies!!! This is like having your very favorite Grammy cooking for you! Service was so fast! Food....again, omg! So good! Homemade soups in winter, homemade side salads in summer. Homemade desserts all year! Huuuuge sandwiches! And the prices are phenomenal! How do they stay in business? Obviously they love what they do! Husband had the small Rueben (jalapeño chip bag for scale). I had the half rueben. See the homemade cookie that came with our sandwich? We will be back!

Holy mother-of-mercy....this place ROCKS! This is my second visit in a year (not from the area), but I had remembered just how good it was and when we were back in the area, I made my way back in quick fashion. Man, I was NOT disappointed.

This was (by far) the best Reuben sandwich I have ever had. Boom. I just said that. Piles of tender corned beef, smothered in creamy 1000, beautifully grilled marbled rye (with pliency and flavor) and perfect amount of grilled onions and swiss. Amazing. Simply amazing.

The pea salad was fantastic, as well as the grilled turkey sandwich. Truly a work of art. These sammies were remarkable all around and were worthy of better pictures, but they simply didnt last long! :) Portions were monsterous and prices were great.

The owner is super friendly and accommodating and was so sweet with my daughter. The cookies she included were amazing.

I can't wait to get...
