Mannino's Pizzeria — Restaurant in Pottstown

If I could give zero I would. Ordered food at 2:10 PM for delivery. Was told it would be 25 mins. 2:50 food isn’t here yet. Called in and the girl on the phone confirmed the address and said it was out for delivery. 3:25 comes around, still no food. Call in again, confirm address again with the girl on the phone, she says she’s going to call the driver and then call us back. She has the driver call us. The driver on the phone says the wrong address. The girl over the phone didn’t include one of the words in our street address…. even though we confirmed it with her multiple times. We call the store back to let them know the address was given to the driver wrong. A man answered and tell us to hold on then in the background all we can hear is two women arguing and SCREAMING at each other over our address and the mistake. They end up calling each other names and cursing at each ofher, all while we’re on the phone. The man finally gets back on the phone and we tell him we’re just going to cancel the order. I do have to say the owner, Randy, called us back and tried to fix it. But we had already placed an order elsewhere. He was extremely nice!!! I might try them again in the future but not if that same girl is taking my order.

UPDATE: right after posting this the delivery driver showed up at my front door. I guess no one told her we cancelled even though we cancelled the order about a half an hour ago… seems like there is bad communication and extreme...

Absolutely disgusted with the service and food at this "Italian Pizzeria" My husband went to pick up our order and forgot the coupon. (We live very close and there was no problem to go back and get it) He was treated like he was trying to pull one over on them and only wanted the discount on the pizza after offering to bring the coupon back after he got home. They refused him service and he had to come back home without our order just to go back and pay. Now, we've lived in Pottstown sense birth, not everyone here is trying to rip you off and get one on over on you. Not to mention, the food was horrible. All we ordered was two large pizzas which tasted like cardboard with some sauce on it and cheese fries.... its a shame the cup keeps getting passed around to poor business owners with no sense of management skills. We will definitely not be going back to this establishment and by the looks of the empty parking lot everyday, they wont be here for too long anyways.. Go to Palermos if your looking for a great pizza place in Pottstown, its worth the extra few dollars for great service and awesome food. Lesson learned, don't mess with a great thing just because you receive some coupons!!!! PS: the Pottstown Clipper coupons do NOT say anywhere on them "Must present coupon at time...

Order here a lot love their pizza! BUT here we go..... They got our order wrong they tried to make it right by sending a new order, Kevin was awesome, but I declined because I was just trying to let them know what happened and not to cause a chaos I understand mistakes happen. But then I decided to call back in few minutes to ask them to go ahead and resend the right order because we paid nice amount of money for the order...... BUT.... to no avail some young ignorant b*h answered the phone and when I told her the situation she got loud with me and said "I heard you" and then said something else rude that's when I raised my voice and told her that I am the customer you guys made the mistake and that she shouldn't be talking to me that way...... so I hung up but am stewing about this ignorant rude girl who should be fired!!!! As long as she works there I will never order from them again! Wow I never experienced that from someone and I am...
