Very unprofessional. I have worked as a caterer and in the kitchen for 15 years. Has potential to be a great venue, until it comes to planning a party and getting the information you need. After numerous attempts to contact someone, I was finally able to put a $300 deposit down two months before my event. Then, after many more attempts to contact, I finally got a "menu" with incorrect pricing. After choosing my menu one week before the event, Paul (owner) calls me with a price that is $500 MORE than what is stated on his menu (without providing itemized receipt), explains to me that this is because price increase due to Covid and was unable to give me any more information in regards to where my money was going. In Paul's eyes, the customer is never right, even when they're about to spend $1,200 to use his venue. He never introduced himself, and there still hasn't been any follow-up on how the event went. The staff was clearly not trained well, the food was cold and I was clearing plates from the guest tables myself, while the staff that I paid to be there was sitting at the bar. Worst service I have ever been in and I have been in a lot of restaurants, mom and pop shops plus what was worse is that I’ve never been in this area nor have been in this establishment I wasn’t sure how it was truly ram but I waited probably almost an hour for my food waited 10 minutes for the waitress to take my order and the entire time they were more worried about their DoorDash orders than their own in-house customers. There was only one server one busser and when I saw into the kitchen I saw four cooks and I saw four tickets not being taken care of also there was only one couple waiting ahead of me and two other people that had already gotten their food and they were already finished so they weren’t even that busy in the restaurant. we were just going to leave and pay for our drinks but the waitress came out and said it was ready and asked if we wanted to take it home, we did but it took her 5 minutes to even do so then when she went to charge the card we didn’t even get a discount didn’t give us any type of I’m sorry you waited this long and just said it’s been a long night but instead she prioritized the door dash instead of the actual customers. All we ordered was a 10 count of wings and a cheese steak and Curley fries....

We take out ordered four dozen wings and a California cheeseburger cooked medium. Wings were WAY overdone and as was the VERY over cooked cheeseburger. To top it off, we ordered the cheeseburger NOT to have ANY mayonnaise. Besides the dry, hard and overcooked wings and cheeseburger, the cheeseburger was HEAVILY lathered in mayonnaise FAR above what might normally be put on anything. It actually was leaking mayonnaise out all sides of the burger when unwrapped at home. We heard the place does not care how you order food because the cook it how THEY want to cook it and do not care what the customer wants. We found the warning to be true.
