Ate here twice, first time dining in second time calling in a pickup order. First time food was ehhh, fajitas were good, but the rice and beans thing is just disgusting honestly the rice tastes like it came from a frozen tv dinner and the beans are smashed up into nothing, pretty much a sauce. Its way too salty and you can taste that they went overkill on the salt right away. Calling in a takeout order, $14 for a burrito, rice and beans not a horrible price I guess if it tasted good. The burrito I asked for steak instead of chicken and they gave me chicken anyway, the rice and beans were gross yet again, and in the burrito it was just overfilled with rice and maybe 6 small pieces of chicken.. insane that they charge what they do and serve such sub par food.. the service is ok and the atmosphere was alright when I went in, decorations are nice. Everything else that really matters which is the food,...

Just got done eating here with my family. Very nice hole in the wall Mexican restaurant. We had the Chirzo Pollo, Steak Chimi, and Enchiladas.

Everything was fantastic. The portions for price was amazing. The waitress/host was very kind. She seemed a little strung too thin so they should try to get her some help, but overall she was very nice.

Oh and the fried ice cream was very good too!

Some things that are also a plus:

Parking is great, actually outstanding for the area.

Lots of drink options like Jarritos and Infused Water.

Indoor seating and take out.

If you see one star reviews for this place please keep in mind it's a small local business in their first week of operation. They seem to make their food with lots of care and love....

We were here yesterday for the first and last time. A Mexican plate like steak a la mexicana always goes with tortillas in this case it wasn’t. The portions were very poor for the price. The server only smiled at you in from of her boss and she expected me to leave 25% tip when she never approach to us when we asked for sauce. Sorry but this is not a good Mexican restaurant. Instead of the “OWNER” finds a solution she finds excuses. Typical from people who don’t know how to take a constructive criticism. My neighbors recently asked me where they can find a good Mexican restaurant obviously, after the “owners” reply definitely I won’t recommend this...

You would think for a Mexican restaurant, the food would be flavorful and spicy. The salsa looked and tasted like a creamy tomato soup. The guacamole was supposed to have onion and jalapenos, but neither flavors were found. The chimichanga with spicy chicken wasn't spicy but the green sauce was. The pork enchiladas were bland with some type of 2 cheese sauces but no enchilada sauce. The biggest disappointment was the slowness of service after being seated. 10 to 15 minutes before asking if we needed drinks and another 10 minutes for our to-go box. With only a handful of people as patrons, service should have been much quicker.

This was our first time at this restaurant. Overall, it was an okay/decent experience. The interior was really nice, decent, and clean. Our waitress was just okay but friendly. The food was just okay, but mildly good too. The salsa and chips were good, but the queso was really runny, like soup consistency. The horchata (rice drink) was not the best in my opinion because it lacked flavor and was very chalky. However, my partner really enjoyed it. The taquitos lacked flavor. The chicken tacos were good. The beans were really runny but good, and so was the rice. The churros were really different and tasted good as well.

I am thrilled that this hole in the wall restaurant opened in our area and I hope it’s around for many years to come! Festive and relaxing inside complete with vibrant colors, fun music, friendly staff, and quick service. Ingredients are always fresh and the menu is packed with options. Everything I have tried so far has been delicious. Two entrees, an appetizer, and drinks $40…and the portions are large enough that you’ll definitely be leaving with leftovers.
