My friend found this store recently and had a good experience so she brought me, two other friends, and my brother to this store expecting another good experience but feels bad now because our experience was horrible and none of us will ever return. For starters we were judged as soon as we walked in, she even basically admitted to this so we were never given a chance she just automatically didn’t like us. It was all of our first times there except my friend who brought us ofc so we were all exploring the store, excitedly looking at all their products and even complimenting a lot we were constantly saying “that’s so cute” “that’s so cool”, etc. The lady got MAD at us for this, like we were just checking out all they had to offer and didn’t wanna miss anything. We picked up a few items to look more at them because we were genuinely interested in them, we weren’t harsh or destructive with any products we literally just picked them up to look at them to see if it’d be something we’d actually wanna buy then we’d put the product back right where we found it. Isn’t this a normal thing to do? Apparently not because the lady got pissed at us for it, everything was put back in it’s placed and we were just trying to get a closer look at a product we were interested in. There were also free samples so my friends used a little and the lady also got mad at them for it, they didn’t use a large amount of anything and they literally said free samples so were all very confused why she was so mad? Me and 2 of my friends also took some photos of a few of the products because we wanted to remember to come back to buy them once we had more money for it and we were also showing friends/family who’d be interested, guess what? Yep! She got mad at us for that too! She even heard me say that I was taking a photo to show my mom and that my mom would love to come here so I don’t understand why she was so mad, I thought sharing was important for small businesses? She kept giving us disgusted and nasty looks the entire time too and was staring at us we all felt incredibly uncomfortable. My friend said to her that she has a really nice store, and she replied with a super snobby “thank you”. We ended up buying a few things but she got mad at me for trying to I actually almost cried right in the store but I held back my tears, they had a case of crystals there and I won’t lie I’m spiritual and love crystals so I was looking at them (didn’t pick any up even I was just looking at them from behind the glass) then found something I decided to buy, as soon as my hand touched the handle to open the case so I could buy the item she yelled at me. I told her that I was infact making a purchase and she got so mad, she power walked over and was practically breathing down my neck while I reached in and picked up what I was going to buy, she was literally so pissed off(I did purchase this item btw, and I’m disappointed because I was under the impression that they were genuine crystals but they were 99% painfully fake). Just because we’re financially struggle and middle class, we don’t have tons of money and we’re not super classy, she assumed we were thieves! She literally was convinced that we were stealing a just because were a lower class than her which is super discriminating, my friend and I are both transgender also and she was HARDCORE judging us so more discrimination. She was so convinced that we were stealing JUST BECAUSE WE HAVE HARDLY ANY MONEY that she made a LOUD phone call when we were the only ones in the store to ask if the cameras were working and kept repeating herself and made sure we heard her just to make us feel shitty. Also took photos of us on her personal phone, my brother is a minor I think that’s illegal because we definitely didn’t consent. Im out of space so I’ll end here, but I nearly cried leaving we all felt unwelcomed, uncomfortable, and upset...

Lots of variety through the store, while I was there I saw jewelry, cups, pottery, stained glass pieces, crystals, baby accessories, baked goods, bath bombs and more. Very friendly staff, easy checkout process. Definitely going to pop in around different seasons to see how the inventory changes. The worker was very rude to me my friends. Called us poor and gave us dirty looks. We even caught her taking pictures and videos of us and my one friend was a Minor. When my friend bought crystals he found out they were fake. The place was unwelcoming and disappointing. Me and my friends will never return.
