I’ve never been the first to leave a review but in this case I’m honored! Came across this restaurant on Google but it didn’t have any reviews so I called and Amber confirmed today was actually their grand opening. She was professional and very kind, she took the time to read me all the menu items and prices/availability (it was an hour til closing). The restaurant is small but has room to dine in and is very welcoming. I had the jerk chicken, white rice and plantains. I’ll definitely be back for the jerk chicken, it was cooked to perfection! I’ll get the sauce on the side next time because there was a lot of it but still really good. Not crazy about the softness of the rice but looking forward to coming back to try the rice and peas. 100% applaud Amber for her customer service because as a new mom she leveled out my anxiety and made life easier by telling me she’d bring my food out to the car since it was raining and I came in with the heavy carseat and all.
