I wish I could leave negative stars but I can’t. I dropped off an iPad Pro to have the charging port replaced because it would not charge. I picked it after them having it 4 days shy of a month only to get home and find out it will still will not charge. I called back and spoke with Al the owner who basically told me that he was able to charge it (to 72%) and that is what I paid for. Um, no I paid for it to be fixed. He refused to allow me to bring it back for him to do the work to actually get it fixed and refused a refund. Basically he scammed me out of $200. I will NEVER do business with him again and I would highly recommend no one else waste their time and money on them either. HORRIBLE...
