Pizza Hut — Restaurant in Powder Springs

Let me start by saying, I've used Pizza hut before, and normally they are great. I've reviewed multiple places with awful service, but this Pizza hut takes the lead now.

I'm a 23 year old, who games, goes to work, and has a few get togethers with pals. We're all just sitting around, playing Video games, and decided to call this pizza hut.

My mother has been staying over my home, due to a knee surgery she had, and a passing in the family. So i ordered 3 pizza pies, Sasuage, Bacon, and pepperoni. My mother got the pepperoni, we got the others.

The pepperoni and bacon pizza's were not only mangled, but tasted like they were a week old. Now, that's not where it ends.

As I'm getting off my game to answer the door, I'm greeted by a man who barely even speaks english. The man hands me 3 boxes, but with only 2 pizza pies, and bread sticks? They completely forget our 3rd pizza. While telling the delivery man, he's acting like he was getting a tip when we had already paid for it through our Credit card online. Stepping into our doorway with his hand out speaking italian. Ironic i know.

After 2 hours of tedious workarounds, and ways to find a solution on the phone. Low and behold, we finally get a Man who says he will make sure we have our third pizza free of charge.

As per, the photo with the white plate under the pizza, our quote on quote "Credited free pizza" was also mangled. At this point we're all laughing at how bad the service was. We were also greeted by the same Italian delivery man, who again tries to pry a Tip.

The only part of our order this establishment didn't screw up, was our bottles of Soda. Thank God for that.

As of now, I will order from their competitor down the street Papa johns. At least they don't have Bears, or something to mangle...

11-22-19 Will be calling corporate on Monday. I placed an order at 11:45pm pizza gets here and immediately I could see it wasn’t cooked for the usual time. I guess they rushed it being they close at 12. However, I still tried to eat my pizza. Until the dough was so mushy I couldn’t force it the pepperoni was not even done. I call the store the “STORE MANAGER” tells me ohhh I’m sorry I cooked it the same amount of time I fix everyone else pizza because I have problems with this address. First off you don’t have a problem with my address, I have an issue with this particular Pizza Hut that delivers to my home so if my food isn’t right I have the right to bring the issue up and OFFER YOU YOUR PIZZA BACK! The store manager actually tells me yes we have a problem bc we’ve sent out free pizza here, news flash it’s not free I paid for a pizza cooked through and through, this pizza isn’t cooked through and through.Then he had the nerve to say he can offer me a $5 credit lol for a pizza I can’t eat. Well I’ve recorded a video and pictures of this particular pizza. The audacity of the store manager to say I have a problem address and they’ve given me free pizza. I wish the Pizza Hut on Mableton Walk delivered to my home because I never had an issue with their pizza or the Pizza Hut on Austell Rd. At this point I’d never order from this particular Pizza Hut ever again ain’t no telling what the “STORE MANAGER” is liable to do to my pizza seems he have...

Although the pizza was DELICIOUS, the customer service in this location is terrible. There was 1 employee making the pizza who saw me come in but didn't let anyone in the back know there was a customer waiting. I thought she'd attend me after making the pie but that wasn't the case. She continued to listen to her music on her headphones and made 3 additional pizzas. Eventually after 20 minutes of waiting in the front, 2 other women appeared by the oven and one gave me my order. She also had very poor etiquette. Pizza Hut please hire better.

Edited 1/23/24 This Pizza Hut location is the worst! If you're able to go to a different location, please do so. ALWAYS add an additional 25-30 minutes on your "pick-up time". Staff seems better than it did the last time but the 2 women at the front were vocally overwhelmed. Especially one with pink hair that kept saying "I'm starting to get anxiety over here", "it's a lot of orders", "guys, all your orders are in the oven and it should take about 9 minutes to come out ok"....in which after that statement, the other heavy set lady said "everyone will get their food when they get their food". For a CARRYOUT service, I shouldn't have to wait almost an hour. For that, I could've just had it delivered and received it in the same time frame. Like I said before regarding this location, hire better. And if you already did, then train better cause this location is ridiculous in service,...
