I tried... sat in the drive-thru for 20 minutes at about 12:15 today with approx 5 vehicles in total front of me, a few of those had already ordered. When I arrived I was pulled up past the side door of the building. We all sat with little to no movement. The woman in front of me sat in front of the order speaker for about 10 minutes waiting for her order to be taken. I got frustrated and decided to leave. 20 minutes in line and moved only 2-3 cars is quite odd for any drive-thru. Whatever the issue as I realize things happen, I have a suggestion... if there will be significant delays due to an issue, it would be helpful if management would please post a sign facing the drive-thru line so people can be made aware and decide accordingly if they want to wait. The workers inside were gathered around, ranting about customers and the pains of having to work during busier hours, while staring at their phones. It was super uncomfortable as I sat there with my window open as well as theirs, and they knew that I could hear their rants and complaints.
