Had an interesting experience the other day. I pulled into the drive thru around lunch time. As usual it was busy, but I placed my order with a team member. I asked, specifically, for three sauces. He repeated my order saying which sauce I ordered, and I reiterated it was three sauces. I pulled up to receive my order and only had two sauces of the three I requested. I asked for my third sauce and was denied. I was told that extra sauce was $0.25 and that, given a “sauce shortage”, customers are allotted two sauces per item ordered. I stated that I specifically ordered three sauces. They continually repeated that I had not paid for a third sauce, totally disregarding that it was their employee who made the mistake. I had to sit there and argue with three separate children over sauce. It was ridiculous. I called and asked to speak to a manager after I pulled away. I was directed to one of the same children I had spoken to at the window. I receive more excuses about sauce etc and that they told their employees to charge for the extra sauce. Regardless, as a customer the error was not mine. That I had to sit there and argue over ONE sauce was pitiful. From a customer service stand point, that’s just bad business. How can you deny/blame a customer, and not rectify the situation, when your employee made an error? This seriously turned me off about this particular location. Read moreNever coming here again. I’ve never had a bad chic fila experience except for at this location. First time they forgot something and I didn’t really care bc every other one is a pleasant experience. My recent time I ordered a grilled chicken sandwich and I kid you not it was HARD AS A ROCK INCLUDING THE BREAD. I spent over $50 bucks for me and my family. The food was so hard and inedible I’ve seriously never seen that in my life. They topped McDonald’s and burgerking on this one. It was so hard i genuinely think a worker gave it to me in purpose because it felt like a brick and there’s no way someone would not feel that. Seemed pretty intentional. Other than that they had a new person in the drive thru being trained I assume and a girl with blonde hair was training them and it felt like such a negative vibe and hostile interaction. I felt like I was intruding on a couple arguing or something lol or whatever the case may be. But anyways I don’t recommend coming to this one because of a bad experience both times and the hard brick sandwich is unbelievable. I felt like the workers were unhappy or something because nothing explains why someone would give a customer food like that especially a families order and it just seemed purposely. What a waste of money and will never return gross. I’m convinced the sandwich was made a week before that because it WAS THAT HARD and I’m a person that never complains even if food is cold....
Read moreFirst off I just want to say Chick Fil A makes entirely too much money for the inconsiderate situation that my coworker was involved in. I always order a cup of SHREDDED CHEESE (worth 30 cent) with my grilled nuggets... I placed my order online and free texted about the little cup of shredded cheese, along with a large cup of water, since there is not a button option for these two on the app. I paid for the order, so all my coworker had to do was pick it up, mind you she was in a rental, with no loose change and she expected it to be PAID FOR, WHICH IT WAS ... As she goes to pick up the order the lady refused to make my order because of the 30 cent. The lady was ABSOLUTELY sarcastically RUDE about THIRTY CENT. I used to work at chick fil a, so I know about the free meals if you can't afford it or "forgot" your wallet at home... But to be rude and refuse to give us a meal that was paid for over THIRTY CENT is beyond me... Not to mention, they completely disregarded the water and acted as if it was not part of the meal. I'm not sure of the manager's name that was on shift that day but I would have GLADLY humbled the manager about thirty damn cent!!! absolutely ridiculous.
01/03/25 I got a Cobb salad and it was LITERALLY NO CHICKEN NO CORN NO NOTHING. I can never be satisfied getting a big order here without them cheating me out...
