What a wonderful experience yesterday! The guy at this Starbucks was so friendly and nice. He went above and beyond with good conversation and excellent service. My drink tasted amazing too! It was such a good experience that I found out who his manager was to let her know how great he was, and she was super sweet and kind as well. She went out of her way to let me know how happy she was with the feedback and was just all around awesome too. Didn’t make my drinks right. Always in hurry even when making drinks and don’t want to take their time with customers poor customer service. Gives a lot of attitude even with people that is a little slow. Likes to argue with customers. I would not recommend of going to this Starbucks ever again. I’ll be going back to my original starbucks knowing how to make my drinks right and orders and have great customer service and takes time. They close at eight at 8:01 I walked up to the counter after getting my groceries and asked her if I could please get an ice water, I was really thirsty, She said no I’m closed I said here I’ll tip you a couple of bucks, I just need the water.
