I want everyone to know what kind of place Magpie is. As i write this i am sitting next to my Dad as he is transitioning on due to pancreatic cancer i had to abruptly leave and my wife could not come with me because she is 8 Mo pregnant. I reached out to Patty and asked her if she could make a basket to help my wife destress and without hesitation she made a beautiful basket and comforted me through text assuring that she would check up on my wife. Without amazing community members like this i don't think i would make it through such a difficult time in my life. I will continue to support and hope that those who tead this support such a wonderful and amazing company

We made an expensive purchase which was double charged. They claimed that they could not correct it when we showed them our bank acct a couple hrs later. . They said it would fall off soon. 3 days later it's still there. We had to drive to the bank and file a form. The bank says it will take 10-14 days to fix. Very unprofessional to not fix the problem...
