Dairy Cheer in Prestonsburg has great food. The best hotdogs around and amazing ice creams. If your a superman ice cream fan like I am.... then this is the location you want to be at. You can order by phone and pick it up at there new window service...which is super convenient or you can go in and order the traditional way. They have friendly service and unbeatable prices. On my last trip there we fed four adults who all ordered full meals with drinks and ice creams....tax included it was under $30.00. That was amazing to me. I have been to other restaurants and spent $12 or $13 just to feed myself.. lol. They are requiring that customers have masks on when you enter to order for now but it's better to be safe than sorry. The restaurant was super clean and tidy. Their menu has an enormous variety of food sure to please even the pickiest of eaters. From home made country food like "soupbeans" and cornbread to the American classics hotdogs and hamburgers you will surely find something to fill you up and satisfy your hunger. Last but not least I have to mention their amazing fountain drinks and their super milk shakes. I am an avid Cherry Dr. Pepper lover but only if it's made right.... and Dairy Cheer is the only place that can make it right for me. It was so good. So if your out and about... thirsty or hungry and you don't want to spend a lot of money... go to Dairy Cheer in Prestonsburg. You will love it and so will your wallet. Great food... great prices.......

This was always a family favorite. We would go out of our way to go here and eat together! They used to have the biggest and best burgers around! They would give you good hot large meals at a very good price. That's all changed now. The burger was small and expensive and cold. The bacon on the burger was old and hard, very hard. Despite the cold old food we were served it didn't taste bad lol The sides were cold and a very small portion was given. However the onion rings and deep fried mushrooms were delicious!!

They kept screaming while we were inside eating. I think maybe they were telling the ending of the order number they completed. But come on lol. It startled me everytime and made it a very unpleasant experience. The first time they yelled I jumped from being startled and dropped my dang food. The second time my drink. I took a video lol it won't let me post it. It was very disruptive and rude to me. I don't plan on returning. Also the large drinks are very high priced and not even the size of a...

Just left from here and the wait time was awful. Went through drive-thru that had sign say "Pull up to window" so we did and instead of taking our order, they took the people behind us and we had to call out to them. The girl instead put their order in then came to our car and we ordered. Once we ordered and paid, we waited for 30 minutes for food, only to receive the wrong order. We got the car behind us instead of our order and they had to double-check. We waited even more. Finally the food was brought out but still no drinks. So we waited AGAIN. And then I finally got out to remind them and they admitted they forgot about it and started to make them. One of the girls kept laughing saying "I keep messing people's orders and forgetting they're there!" And I found it super distasteful, especially considering the fact we we were waiting for such a long time. I really love Dairy Cheer but I'm probably not gonna come back...
