Oh man let me first start off any other time we have went here it’s been great. This time we went in was was going great at the start we ordered got the food and my girlfriend said the chori quaso tasted bad so I tried it and yes it tasted burn almost like burn PBUTTER so I sent it back and he rolled his eyes. So we start to eat our food and it the steak shrimp and chicken was amazing but the quaso made it taste like burnt pbutter I told the guy I’m sorry butt the quaso on this taste bad also he said no one else has said anything about it so I guess I’m a liar now but I told him I swear I’m not lying and I asked him if he has tried it he rolled his eyes walked away came back said it tasted fine which there’s no way impossible I swear. Read moreI've had a bunch of different Mexican restaurants, across at least a dozen states, and I've had some out there experiences. This restaurant was amazing. The service was fast, the waiter was polite and attentive. The chips, salsa, and cheese dip were amazing. As my main course, I got something called the degollano, which, I looked up after, is named after, both, a Mexican general and a city in Mexico. To say this entree was enormous, would be an understatement. It came with fresh vegetables in tomatoes, onions, lettuce, avocado, and even shredded cheese. The plate has a sliced chicken breast, a sliced carne asada, and some ground chorizo, with rice and beans and cheese sauce. After eating cheese dip, I only finished the chorizo, with some beans, &avocado and tomato. I had to take the entirety of the sliced chicken breast, and the carne asada, as well as the tortillas home with me. Read moreThe Prestonsburg's El Azul Grande was the worst eating experience of my life. I always get excellent service at the Hazard location and expected the same here, I was sadly mistaken. The food was ok but the service was terrible. I asked for Grenadine in my diet coke and you would have thought I asked for the moon. Never had a problem getting it in Hazard. The reason given was that they get busy and it takes too long to pour it in the glass. I will never go to this place again and I would suggest anybody looking for a good place to eat,...
